  16. If I simply Google "Family", the first 5 photos are mixed race. Then it's a lot of white families, but my observation is there are hardly any all-black families at all in the results. I have to scroll at least 100 photos before I find one.

That would enable other groups of people who are not lucky enough to bear the label "protected class" to win their own discrimination cases. At the moment, the law can act idiologically rather than following clear, defined standards across the board.
