It looks to me as though there are no power sockets installed and he's just finished up to the pattress. And the dark patches are not shadows - it's just the plaster drying unevenly. Both these things are not out of the ordinary.

Word has git about that Britain is a place where you can get away with this kind of stuff. If you're brown.
2
Rather like the word "hate" which the police also like to interpret very liberally for their convenience.
2
Yeah... my dog doesn't really like "them" either.
2
The amount they lose to shoplifters is obviously less than the amount saved by not employing cashiers. When that changes the self service terminals will go away.
2
Was this in their manifesto? I hope not because then there's a chance they might do it.
2
Fairly predictale policies from a government who behave like student activists.
2
The entry fee should be 10 grand. Or 20. If you're a doctor that shouldn't be too much to save up.
2
Our population growth is accounted for almost entirely by immigration. Population growth is the reason we even need new homes. Every new home built is literally for immigrants.
2
But let me guess... Kebabs are just fine.

I'll vote for floaty vehicles with men in khaki matching outfits carrying pop pop sticks to stop the situation from happening in the first place. I'll be curious if this comment gets removed like my other, more direct phrasing of the above did.
1
Just shut the door. You don't have to say a word. It's your house.
1
In order to solve this issue in the reasonable and sane way you suggested, they would need a PERSON to assess cases on an individual basis. It's probably more efficient to just let the "machine" go through its process.
1
You just watch they'll still be running that angle in their re-election campaign in 5 years time. Labour don't know how to do anything except be the opposition.
1
I'd like to know why his several years long Twitter ban was lifted just days before the protest.
1
Many people might be genuinely terrified by these letters, but not nearly as terrified as the BBC are that everyone will just start ignoring them.
1
Now imagine how it will be when we are a minority. We must not allow it

@cliffhughes6010 But it's quite clear that Airstrip One is Britain.
1
@cliffhughes6010 To Quote from Nineteen Eighty Four "Airstrip One, for instance, had not been so called in those days: it had been called England or Britain, though London, he felt fairly certain, had always been called London." Aside from this, I'm not sure what the point is you're trying to prove.
1
@georgebodley8068 Britain could be split into 100 nations for all the difference that makes. My homeland is also called the "British Isles" and is a geographic area with it's own distinct ancestry. I did an Ancestry test years ago and wasn't surprised to find my genes date back to the Norman Invasion. 1000 years is good enough for me to consider myself ethnically indigenous to Britain.
1
But fence posts are racist aren't they?
1
"Police don't always have the time balls to record admit the race of grooming gang suspects" There you go Mr Mayor, I corrected it for you.
1
@Steve_Coates So the precedent is that the rioters the OP is asking about faced no consequences.
1
If you think you're going to beat a giant energy company on a legal technicality then I want some of whatever you're smoking.
1
I mean wow. I liked and supported this piece of shit back during the lockdown. Then to find out what he has done to people - including Iain Lee who is one of my favourite personalities, who kept it all secret all these years despite being close to suicide. Apparently, in prison they consider stalkers to be just another type of "nonce". So one can only hope eh....
1
I have a 10 day window in which to give a shit. I might do this tomorrow. I might do this in 10 days. Or I might never do this. I do not avail myself of any BBC services other than the occasional laugh when one of their reporters makes a twat of themselves and is commented on by an independent channel I watch.
1
Not a bad idea. A policy across the board of deporting them to whatever country they last came from would trickle down and they'd end up never even getting out of their own country 🤣
1
I have a very similar microphone that was in the £50 range. It is actually an excellent device. Given this, we can establish that a Sony badge costs £300. I wonder what their mark-up is on that.
1
@Sirlarrythecat And this all justifies the banks colluding to deprive him of their services?
1
@arthurpewtey "If"
1
His whole thing is kind of a middle England boomer who is kind of LARPing on the anti-establishment sentiment that's growing in popularity. Rather than having genuine dissidents on his show, he plays it safe with kooky oddballs like this woman and I suspect Richard doesn't believe a word she says. He's no idiot.
1
Say what you like about the law, but at this point there is zero ethical justification for me to pay tax.
1
@favesongslist It's nonsense to expect any comeback from that, since Black Lives Matter are an institutionally sanctioned activist group.
1
We're virtually on a war footing and meanwhile, thousands of unidentified foreign men enter our country every week.
1
Seriously WTF. It's hard to have sympathy for these people. Allowing yourself to be persuaded to LIE to your bank? Even if this was a legit investment it's an incredibly stupid thing to do.
1
Next thing is to ban short skirts on women walking down the street. That'll distract me more than my phone.
1
@michaelarchangel1163 I encourage you to listen to this radio clip in which Belfield called Iain Lee's show, who he subsequently stalked for the following 8 years. Iain explains in another video that he was afraid to come forward because Belfield had tacitly threatened his family. I suspect there are many other such people who did not speak up. Iain's career fell apart, his marriage fell apart and he suffered serious mental illness and suicidal risk, likely in no small part caused by it all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbeZZSKS0ck

Oh, Triple B... I know you're being rhetorical, but the reason is obvious. They play own offenses committed by anyone other than the "fAr RiGhT" because it would not confirm to The Message
1
The government are playing a very dangerous game. You predict some very much more serious sentences handed down - and I predict some very much more serious civil disorder.
1
The law could avoid all this "confusion" if it just referred to biological sex instead of gender.
1
Didn't VW recall an advert a few years ago because they showed a woman pushing a pram?
1
"Racists" Y A W N Come up with something new.
1
What's the difference between a large vessel with 1000 invaders and 100 small boats carrying 10 invaders each?
1
The example of that car going a bit early I would expect a nearby police car who noticed would probably let it slide. However if you caused an accident while doing so, you would not have a leg to stand on legally.
1
My expectation was that whatever you earnestly believe is reasonable... is reasonable. I might be wrong.
1
@eneco3965 The point is that You believe it's reasonable. If you don't believe that the person you hurt is a threat to you, then it's hard to justify extreme measures in self defence. But if you truly believe your life is at risk it's a different story. Of course this sort of thing is probably hard to prove a lot of the time.
1
@eneco3965 Yep. Hard to prove like I say.
1
Also another saying goes: Time shall count from the date that the English began to hate.
1
My advice to Elon is get in a dinghy and come across the channel. Nobody will stop you or question you in any way and you can go about your business.
1
Can someone explain why the transcripts would cost £100k? Is it not simply a collection of digital files?
