I absolutely agree. There was a saying I heard a while back - When you break into my house you leave your rights on the doormat.

One day all of what BBB is saying here will literally apply to your mind itself. Do you really think that once technology like Elon's Neuralink exists, that the court won't use it and compel you to allow the law into your mind? What's the difference between that and a phone, which contains the most private and intimate data in our lives?
1
So.... they've just made official what was the normal policy already?
1
It seems to me that this would be a violation of the right to remain silent.
1
Hold fire... I think the ad is a troll.
1
I never had the alarm. I read an article that some Three customers didn't get it due to technical problems - but I'm on Vodafone. However I do have one of those Chinese Huawei phones, so...

The thing is I am sure they were arrested and charged, but the general media don't make a scene out of it because arresting minorities is.... unseemly.

He may be a very smart lawyer but he's still in normie land. As if Brand's banning has anything to do with allegations. For YouTube, allegations are a device for justification, not the core reason.

If I were a woman and found myself subject to this I would literally fight like hell as though my life depended on it. Don't make it easy for these degenerates.
1
My suspicion is that Mr Beavis' main error was engaging with Parking Eye at all in the first place.
1
No, those crossings have been sprinkled with the same special magic fairy dust that makes a woman grow a p3n15.
1
They're saying this is because Farage is a PEP (Politically Exposed Person), and as such is vulnerable to bribery and corruption. My question then would be how does any politician, present or former, still have a bank account?
1
There are literally people who think the BBC is right wing. It's mind boggling.
1
It's a lot easier for a customer to vet tradesmen before agreeing work than for the tradesman to do the same to a customer.
1
I'm just some shlub listening to this in my armchair and even to me it's a no brainer that the law should give you a pause on the waiting period. I can't imagine why a lawyer would not make the same assumption, unless on behalf of their client they "forget".
1
This is the same reason as the lady with the tweet about burning the hotel. It's the same reason as Sam Melia getting an obscene sentence for putting up stickers that said "It's ok to be white". It's the state making an example of them. It's because these people all represent what the state is terrified of above all else; the British people waking up, becoming ethnically aware and realising the existential threat they are under.
1
To hell with tolerance. We simply can not tolerate this totally alien ideology.
1
My local Waitrose never do.
1
@RiteSedFred123 You say the same about sexual abuse victims who don't come forward?
1
Which government minister's chauffeur you mean...
1
The most incredible thing about the extradition of Americans is that the US government did not reply immediately and tell my own government where to stick their disgusting little fascist fantasies.
1
@aqmohra4 You need to put the £100 charge part at the start of the comment. That's like opening a tunnel and only mentioning the toll on the way out.
1
I found out that I am in Shell Block H.
1
This pathetic shower will never do anything about this obscene situation. It will not end until things really start to break down and in the interest of self preservation the English completely lose patience and look after their own. There will be very ugly scenes but this will sort itself out eventually.

I knew a guy years ago who put his daughter through a prestigious private school. Hus job: he was a window cleaner. Imagine the graft and the sacrifice he made to achieve that. The student activists larping as our government are utterly divorced from the real world.
1
Attacking farmers and destroying our food security during a potential war, while seemingly deliberately provoking said war. I can only conclude this government is actually malignant.
1
I think the most likely outcome is they put BBC funding into general taxation.
1
This will be the result when the MoJ hand down stupid lockdown laws and it puts the police in an egregious position.
1
A wood burner is a good idea for emergencies. At least they can't turn that off.
1
I'm no lawyer but in a sane society the content of your phone would be private property surely. Of course Google or Apple spy on us constantly but we enter into a legal agreement with them when we create an account on our device. So, despite not being an expert in the law, I would fully expect the police to require some kind of court order or warrant before compelling you to allow them into your phone, just the same as if it was your house.
1
Funny isn't it. Economic growth is stagnent. House building us stagnent. But immigration is still up on the already obscene numbers.
1
@richardc1983 Just search "Iain Lee" on Youtube. It will be one of the top results. Belfield used to call under the name Andy.
1
I don't think we'll need a physical revolution. People like us are just going to start "checking out" of the system that I viously gates us. We are going to just start ignoring all the things the government relies on us to do.
1
The reason our side has such a hard time winning is that the other side seem to recruit all the radical activists.
1
@emm_arr If guarding our borders, as every nation on earth has done for 10,000 years, up until seemingly just last week, is far-right... ...then I'm guilty as charged. Thing is... none of us care about the accusations any more.

I'm getting sick of unremarkable dimwits finding their way to parliament and then slowly descending into chaos over this or that controversy. We've had 5 prime ministers in as many years. British politics is like some kind of stupid soap opera.
1
I retain the right to drive without purpose, you insane, authoritarian wankers.
1
You know if they came to my house I think I'd do exactly the same.. waste their time, ask stupid questions, query the documents and generally slow everything down as long as possible. Until finally they get inside and discover that I don't even have a TV... Their faces on video 🤣
1
Yes and I can't help feeling that Keir and his cabinet are somewhat naive. This won't turn out the way they hope.
