It is also suspected that this Chinese encroachment is being encouraged so as to gradually built nationalist fervour which will than be used during the ensuing UP elections - just as Galwan during Bihar assembly elections and Pakistan’s help was generously received to create Phulwama which was than used as a pretext to win general elections although the election was won and will be won in future also with the help of the EVM ….

In football a hand-ball foul is given only when the player deliberately obstructs the ball with his hand, which is called hand-to-ball, but no foul is given if it’s ball-to-hand. This football rule seems fair as compared to the ball-to-leg foul in hockey. Argentinians equalised through penalty corner which they got by creating ball-to-leg foul on the Indian defender.   27. It’s high time reservations is introduced in the private sector because it’s the most inefficient sector of India and is creating huge pile of Non-performing-assets year after year. Most of the tax evaders, fraudsters, cheats and manipulators come from the private sectors. Besides the private sector enjoys various sops and tax breaks from the government. Presently there’s rampant cronyism in pvt sector not just in terms of business but also in terms of employment. The Late jurists Mr Palkhivala was an ardent critic of reservations for the oppressed castes but when questioned about the preferences given to parsis in parsi dominated pvt as well as public cos like Godrej, Bombay Dyeing, Tatas etc , he had no answer. Similarly, before the opening up of the economy it was very common to come across articles by Mr Bajaj critical about public sector and reservations policy but the same Bajaj hypocritically formed Bombay-club - collective bunch of crony-capitalists - just to oppose the new economic policy which pitted the desi cartelised Bania-type business practices against the modern state-of-art foreign technology and global management practices. The list of instances of the hypocritical practices of the Indian pvt sector is non-exhaustive but the aforesaid instance is enough to expose the hidden crony-mindset of this sector. It’s high time the Bania-bamman stranglehold over 80% of India’s wealth is done away with otherwise India will keep witnessing regression in business just as it is witnessing in the social sphere.

Whatever its pitfalls the British rule was also a blessing in disguise to India especially to the subalterns; universal health, modern education etc were the British contribution - even though by default as some might claim - and these infrastructures brought fundamental changes in Indian thinking which prior to British was moribund and regressive. Besides social infrastructures the British also encouraged several social reforms which directly confronted the evil social practices like sati, untouchability etc tools the oppressing castes used for promoting bammanical patriarchy and its atrocities over majority of the population. The hindutva wadis shld hv no reason to complain against the brits as it were the Brits who took away power from the Mughals and gave it to the Hindutva wadis on the platter ( so little wonder why Savarkar post his release from the Andamans worked for British interests and against the congress party and for which he also received hefty pension). Thanks to the British rule for introducing values of western civilisation like democracy, parliament system of governance, jurisprudence based on principles of natural justice and all the pillars of modern civilisation which were antithetical to all the regressive practices of bammanism dominated Hinduism and Islam.
