  12. ​ @ExPwner The crashes were caused by capitalism kid. Governments around the world softened the blows of multiple market crashes. Tulip Mania is a perfect example of a capitalist market crashing all on its own. Government gave us the 40 hour work week. You know that, it was in the New Deal.

By your logic we can point to capitalist states in poorer countries and show them as examples of capitalism not improving anything relative to other countries, meaning it's the technology and access to said technology.

  24. Government freed slaves, not capitalists. The British government bought all the slaves to free them, a price tag so high no company could have ever achieved it and was only paid off a few years ago. In the US they straight up went to war over it. Capitalists were the slave owners, not the emancipators

Here: The Fed recognises that market speculation is getting out of control. The Fed tries to cool the speculation market so less people speculate. The inevitable happens and the market crashes, like all speculative bubble markets do. The crash is less bad as there was less speculation when it crashed than there would have otherwise been. See? The Fed doing their job is a good thing Will. Obviously I'm over your head here, but try to keep up.

  40. 1. The person who authorised the illegal decision would be culpable. 2. Profit is after expenses and expenditures, not before. Since ownership is collective individuals don't cash out, either everyone does or nobody does. 3. You don't vote for every decision, you vote in leaders who then make decisions. 4. Companies have lawyers for all sorts of legal purposes. This would be no different.

Mondragon cooperatives operate in accordance with the Statement on the Co-operative Identity maintained by the International Co-operative Alliance. Why do you need me to tell you this again? Do you just hate the fact that a legitimate example exists? Also funny you talk about salaries. Cooperatives pay people salaries, so not exactly shocking that they have salaried employees. Land O'Lakes is mostly made up of family owned farms, so workers who own their own means of production. Farms like that rarely hire anyone at all. Maybe learn how worker cooperatives work though. By yourogic nobody owns them. That's nonsensical.
