  42.  @nouvel0001  red meat / cancer, Debunked by newer studies. India, one of the sickest countries in the world, diabetes is skyrocketing. They have stunted growth, smaller brains, and are amuch more prone to injury.. and thats the vegeatarians that still eats eggs and dairy. They are NOT doing just fine:P They are getting more and more issues every generation. Human teeth are NOT designed to chew plants, chewing plants demands a side to side movement of the jaw, we can do that with an open mouth, but try doing it wil biting down. We have front teeth that cut, and molars to chew rather soft foods, like meat. I dont know if you are aware of it, but humans have a problemsolving brain, and opposing thumbs, this replaced the need for huge canines to hunt game. We also use tools. Our digestive system has NO space that is designed for fermenting plantmatter/fiber. We used to have a long cecum, like the big apes have ,., and horses, but it is now just a small flap, useless for digesting plants in normal meal sizes. We are obviously not ruminants. We have a stomach acid level of about 1.5, that is around what hyenas and vultures have, indicating that we started our meateating as scavengers and the we evolved to hunters. Our small intestine is about 4,6 times longer than our body, a lions is 4 times longer than its body.. so about the same. We can get all we need from meat, no problem. Plants, not so much, and they also have anti nutrients that messes up our ability to absorb what we need.

  48.  @pradeepsahoo7243  We have a small intestine , about 4,6 times our body length, lions have about 4 times their bodylength, and deer are RUMINANTS, they have 4 stomach chambers, like a cow.. they chew cud, like a cow.. we are nothing like ruminants. If you were serious I would rather compare it to a pig, an actual omnivore, or atleast a horse.. with just one chamber stomach.. like us:P A pigs small intestine is 26 feet, it has rather largeish cecum to deal with plantmatter. Humans do not have an active cecum, we have a remnant, suggesting we used to need it, now we dont. Stomach acid PH, in pigs is 1.5 to 2,5. in humans between 1 and 2. That is scavenger strength PH, suggesting that we once needed to eat foul meat.. Indicating that we evolved from eating plants, to scavenging, and then on to being hunters. When humans started eating meat and animal fats, we grew in stature, and our brains grew larger. After the agricultural revolilution, where we returned to eating a lot more plants, we lost , on average, 5 inches in heigth, and 11% brainsize. Doesnt take much brain to hunt plants:P Seriously though, to maintain a high functionong brain, takes a lot of energy and bioavailable nutrients. Plants have sugar, which is not good energy for humans, as it makes our bloodsugar fluctuate wildly, and no fat, which is sorely needed for so many things in our body. No, we are not omnivores, there is nothing left in our body that is designed to deal with plantmatter.. plantmatter only cause damage.
