  9. Then Istanbul would be included as well. Doesn't make sense, but: corruption in the construction branche including the civil servants taking care of it as well should be worked on!! By law it's demanded to build earthquake proof buildings only, since decades. It was the same in 1999, nothing seem to have changed since then :-(((
