If it wasn't for all the plagues, wars, religious prosecutions, and other terrible things that happened, the events that would happen would be so different that there wouldn't be a single person from this timeline alive. Even if the same people were to meet and have children chances are that a different sperm would reach the egg and a different person would be born. The chances are 1 to 100 000 000. No way the same result would happen twice in a row.
