Don't buy tweezers, put your employees in an arena and make them fight for it. And stream it.

This video should be on Pornhub.

I find funny that in apple forums they call repairers scammers when said repairers only charge the costumers AFTER a successful repair. Good job apple. lol
257
Unlike apple's.

Buys an HP product. Gets a bad service. Doesn't support HP anymore. Gets screwed by apple multiple times. Keeps supporting apple. Typical apple indoctrination.

00:00 Be vewy vewy quiet, we awe hunting JTAG connectows. JTAG connector: What's up, doc?
107
@gazlondonboy2185 there's no evidence of misuse in the computer in the video. Still broke down. Apple refuses to fix even within WARRANTY TIME. Your excuses won't cut it.

Several countries have laws like that. No idea about mine, because I use virtual cards that can be cancelled at any time (or single use cards). That's a non issue to me.
58
Lucky you, I got my dick on fire AND my house stuck in a toaster.
52
Fear mongering too Anyway, screw it, I use virtual cards, I can take them down and they will have nothing. It takes seconds.
51
Apple: You fix our mess while at the same time we try to shut you down. This is more accurate
49
Immortal? Count me in.

@ShapeshifterOS Even if it isn't fake copycat, it could have like 10mm thick memory foam sheet underneath and it be sold as "memory foam mattress". I sell mattresses, my father sees them being made in the factory, he knows the amount of memory foam the mattresses he sells has. One of the better mattresses are sold between 450€ and 510€, depending on the size. But this is Portugal, in the US an equivalent mattress would be around 1500 dollars or more. Shit's fucked up over there.
29
@ebx100 Only if your business model is scamming.
23
I personally prefer a company that gets shit done, regardless of it being a big or small company. I don't discriminate.
20
Miika Hämäläinen No not really. If the ToS goes against the law the ToS is void and the company has to abide by the law wether the person agreed to the ToS or not. Law trumps over ANY EULA or ToS regardless of what you or apple seem to think or want.
19
@SonsOfLorgar It's only a religion where it is more advantageous, I heard it isn't considered a religion in some European countries.
18
"Does Apple believe that a product once sold, still belongs to them?" Yes.
15
Non repairable items should be taxed. Serialised chips? Non repair tax. Hardwired batteries? Non repair tax. Proprietary software required (for repair purposes) not available to the public? Non repair tax. It should also be required for the products being sold be labelled as repairable or non repairable. Being repaired by non licensed repair should determine if something is repairable or not. If it can only be repaired by the company or licensed repairers it's not considered repairable (if the company shuts down it becomes unrepairable).
15
Only 3000? I saw a video where the lowest was 4000. They're getting cheaper and cheaper. Now imagine the YouTubers who refuse way higher sums of sponsoring money because the product is shady and see how fucked up things are. THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE INFINITELY MORE HONEST MAKING YOUTUBE VIDEOS THAN PEOPLE RULING US!!!!!!
14
@PoloEstudios If the platform acts as DRM, it's not DRM free. If I'm not mistaken you don't need GOG to play GOG games. If you sold it through GOG, you wouldn't need to do anything, since it could run on its own.
13
Sure no problem, who are we going to sue? The toaster company, the building contractors, the guy I bought the gasoline from?
12
Apple fanboys don't like facts.
11
@joelmartin2549 I don't care if I'm deprived of the ability to choose if the other options are objectively worse. My only concern of choice is to be able to choose something that is either better or cheaper. To hell with worse products.
10
@speedmitch Because apple can then fix the board and use it to replace some other board for the price of a brand new computer. Think different, be greedy like everyone else.
10
Speak for yourself. My pets never jizzed on my tech.

lk7496 Most EULA and TOS don't hold up under legal scrutiny.
9
@PoloEstudios I assume the requirements would be for the platform it was currently made available for. And Virtual Machines xan fix that issue. Even Windows has its own official VM if I'm not mistaken. And once a console breaks, that's no one's fault. If the console requires a server to run though, that would be the console's manufacturer problem. Still, those are good points that should be taken in consideration to avoid problems in the future.
9
No need to defend, just give them the benefit of the doubt and they will destroy it in the most blatant way possible.

(Stick to the script. Just stick to the script) "To MaKe SuRe ThE dEvIcE iS oK"

Macs ARE pc's.
7
That means you got their attention. You've become relevant.
6
Because apple doesn't repair boards, they replace them. They make a shitton of money replacing boards.
6
7:20 I thought you had spare Pauls in your basement. Did you let them run out again?
5
You should point out what's in good condition. It would take less time.
5
@vitorinaldi7304 It's apple indoctrination. Apple programmed people like that to defend them. They're not to blame. Well... maybe a little bit.
5
@onemanshow4116 " I'm simply applying logic and reason." Can your "logic" and "reason" tell the difference between facts and bullshit pulled out of your ass? It doesn't look like from where I'm standing.
5
2 pieces of paper are more durable than a single piece of paper, I can still easilly rip them apart. "more durable" doesn't mean it's durable within the acceptable parameters, it just means it's slightly less shitty.
5
Is Louis really short or is Josh gigantic?
5
@theluminousone5883 Laugh with the ones making jokes, laugh at those who are serious.
5
@wotmate They'll shut down the company, create a new one with a different name, use the same facilities and make the same product.
5
Nah, girl x girl is not gay, it's sexy.
5
There was less marketing brainwash in the 70's.
5
Piracy was never theft. "Piracy is stealing" is propaganda that was repeated enough times until people started to believe it. You can literally read the definition of theft in the dictionary. Theft: the act of stealing specifically : the felonious taking and removing of personal property with intent to deprive the rightful owner of it Merrian Webster dictionary definition.
4
@Artyom Bleeker Just like all apple users.
4
@futuza I can still play dozens of 20+ years old games well past their official servers shut down by creating my own server. I can even use the LAN options to play online. How was that possible 20/30 years ago but not now?
4
@GreyBlackWolf well, I remember older Nokia phones which had the proprietary charge port and the USB mini port. Closest we had to choose a port.
4
11:24 😂 1. At least he's selfaware. 2. I can feel Louis' pain.
4
@Brendon O'Connell Something tells me you never heard of Activision and EA CEOs.
4
@Krystal Shut up. I'm trying to trigger apple fanboys. Can't I throw my bait in piece?
