There has got to be guidelines set in place mandatory things when it comes to evidence being stored and it's still being stored half-ass and not being cared for these are people's lives whether they're people's lives that are gone or people's lives that are in Jeopardy of going to jail for something they didn't do you need to get it together when it comes to store an evidence correctly and keeping it safe

  17. She looks so nervous and her husband's demeanor is very strange. He is obviously taking charge of the situation , making sure that he responds politely. His story just seems too rehearsed like he's trying to feed them a step by step of what occurred that day. Also there's certain things within his responses and the way he has his arms. He just come off as deceptive to me.

This is such a very difficult case and my heart goes out to Dante Wright's family and his child I know the pain but I was conflicted myself in this case from the officers reaction to me I didn't believe that she meant to shoot him and that's how I took it and felt from the video. But I also thought as an officer who was trained should have known the difference between a taser and a gun and I think there was a lot of poor decision making in this situation honestly. Like I said I was conflicted but I still don't feel like she her intention was to kill him and shoot him. I don't link that intention was there

  33. Okay even though I don't agree with the way the situation happened whether it was an accident or not an accident. The taser or weapon would not have been needed if he would have cooperated and wouldn't have tried to flee. The situation in in my point of view occurred the way because he tried to flee. He caused these officers to take some sort of action because of his choices. It's sad and tragic that the young man lost his life God God is it so so sad but I mean that really is the real of the situation.

Obviously it was a terrible accident and it's got to be tragic for her but adding all this BS to it she just made it worse for herself now not only does she have to deal with the fact that her daughter is gone it's her fault but that she just made everything 10 times worse for herself by lying about it

  40. There was many strong point. Dr Toban was the best one. He proved the airways were restricted the fact the his knuckles were trying to push up for air. I think the caption coming in and saying this was not there policies was great. The fact that Chauvin don't have any regards for human life and completely did not follow the medical training that was also given to him. The videos I believe was the strongest evidence. It showed every thing. And Dr. Toban virtual demistration was awesome.
