  7. So I'm kind of agreeing with the prosecution on this one. He's making an assumption. He heard curse words, he didn't see her fall, he didn't say what she injured. He's coming to the courtroom stating the fact that this could be a reason why she had those injuries. But you don't even know what injury she had or what she did to even bring it up into courtroom in the case to begin with.

  50. Oh my God!! You know what, I love investigation I love court proceedings. I have degrees in criminal justice myself but just listen to them drives me nuts. When the main factor is he brought a gun that shows intent. Meaning he planned to use it otherwise he would not have brought it. He is completely competent to stand trial he, knows exactly what he did even at 17.
