Can we just say. It is moronic in this day and age not to require exact square footage numbers? If I wasnt to but a house or rent an apartment, ai want to know exactly what it is I am buying. Measuring tape and basic math that's all it takes. Plus we can probably just take a video or photos and have software calculate it.

This is the problem, as much as "checks and balances" are espoused, politicians of all levels need more accountability to hold them to their duties. Imagine what a president could do, if they really tried to screw over the nation. OR if the Senate collaborated to do the same. In my country the government just closed it's doors so they would get their way by default... None of them can be penalized for that. Relatively speaking these governments are young and were built on the assumption of goodfaith. Time demonstrates calculated changes are needed as new circumstances show up which circumvent the systems as they were intended.

When this first resurfaced with the swimmer, my comment was something like.... The ultimate conclusion will inevitably be either we make a new category for trans athletes, or we break down sports into many performance brackets. But the latter would largely remove the entire competitive aspect, which is the entire appeal. Leaving people again to only want to watch the top tier.

No way 90% of shareholders voted. That must have been the proxy vote. Maybe 90% of shares (if depending on the breakdown of ownership), but not individual holders. And that's before we get into, what else was included in that option, and how was it framed.

Well, the comment makes a bit of sense now "It doesn't matter". Presumably, "It doesn't matter that you rent the same bike" Once it's docked anyone can rent it, and it isn't yours after all.

...I mean, it is possible that she was fed up with people trying to reserve bikes by sitting on them and wanted to "teach them a lesson". But, it does seem bizarre. The guy also would have taken it out again just so he could sit on it.

More accountability is needed for politicians. Also, there needs to be automatic processes when a politician breaches their duty. I am talking literally having police grab them and walk them out, possibly to prison depending on the circumstance. Mayor, governor, trustee, council person, senator, president, everyone.

If the officer didn't shout, and they just went in or even knocked politely. Maybe they wouldn't have known. I am not sure I believe Cosgrove's presentation of his mental state. It sounds... rehearsed, but maybe the lawyers did coach him on what key things to say even if it is true.

But Hannity didn't ask about what the current policy is, he asked what Vivek would do. Before making this it would have been nice to have that extra information on what the current policy actually is. Because that's where lies actually get you. Mischaracterization. Here it seems like Vivek is claiming he is being mischaracterized, but he is saying the same thing. He specifically, will not support Taiwan after the US has Semi-conductor independence, only before (current policies or not). Which is consistent with his non-interventionist approach for Ukraine. As for the second quote... I don't know the origin of the quote they were using (assuming your source is accurate). But they are asking about "not giving them preferential treatment" in general and his answer is 'no he didn't say that', not about defending. It could be semantics, but his response was not a good one for addressing the confusion (if that is what it was).

Again, in terms of 'reasonable' where I am from generally a choke hold is a no. Everyone here is well aware of the risk. There are better ways to restrain a person even if they cause more physical harm without risking death. But this isn't there so we'll see. As far as penalty, maybe an obscene amount of community service helping the homeless. But facts may change things and we definitely don't have all of them.

If you cannot define 'woman' you cannot claim to be that, for that does not exist in a way which you can associate. In another way, if the word 'woman' is without meaning then the phrase 'I am a woman' is equally meaningless. "I am a _______." What did that convey to you?

These videos are getting a bit like bad battle anime. Where half the video is recap. I know you get a lot of unique viewers, but at this point I would very much appreciate if you started suggesting people watch a playlist linked, then spend more time going into whatever the new update is and discussing it. 7:34 is when we're talking about. The chapters are appreciated but the point still stands.
