They seem nice.

I see they forgot to manually disable the automatic delivery function.

Me: a .45 Ruby? Coo- oh its just a 1911.
1
I definitely feel like these are substantial improvements.

3:55 I have to disagree... well I don't know what the museums you have been to are like, But every museum I have been to has more detail on a single display than a useless wikipedia article. Then if you want precise information you see the archives or a library. I have to say though. Without question the accessibility of detailed information has suffered because of poor or a failure to properly transition the information to digital. What was indexed physically largely is completely free of indexing digitally, and nearly impossible to navigate. Old staff are long gone (so new staff aren't aware of the existence, even if they did they likely wouldn't know the interface) and the new staff can't find it because, the documents are an unsorted database unless you know the title ...maybe. But I agree that because of the access to information on the internet (as a whole) it supplants museums and libraries to a significant extent. You also make an excellent point about the loss of understanding through the prevention of interaction/experience. Which is a historical tragedy.

very cool.

amusing

Do you have a video on the Valmet Hunter? You reference it in another video.
1
"What was that!?" "...Must have been my imagination."
1
:(
1
I didn't even know you launched it until just this moment 17h after this video was posted.
1
You mean the hi-power could not handle the power? That's almost... false advertising. (Except you know reality)
1
I know nothing, I see nothing.
1
Can you do this again with a fixed barrel?
1
so the best way to refine something is to run it through large scale trial during production 🤔
1
@Youllneverfindmeniggaboi people don't like to aim they just want to run through the doors full auto and kill or die and respawn instantly and repeat.
1
That approach works until you find yourself owing someone else even more.
1
In the US they would probably just buy private rifles. lol
1
*her ... possibly 'er
1
I just had an idea. I will be back to actually watch the video.
1
yes "impossible"... (shifty glances) I definitely can't cut it and drill a new hole... (more shifty glances).
1
So..if you don't close the bolt fully it will fly straight out of the gun?
1
I think the patents would largely be expired anyway.
1
Is it pronounced 'Hay-gen', or should I tell someone they're pronouncing their name wrong? (Supposedly Norwegian)
1
1:04:30 this is why we don't see many things. It's the "if it works why change it" and the answer is to see if there is an even better way. But as you get more and more guns using the same system it seems more and more preposterous. That is a shame.
1
That scope
1
How do you rate it compared to the BAR?
1
I like the combination! Is there a nickel plated barrel?
1
At that point should you just have a blow dart?
1
Cool. Thanks for showing us this one.
1
Of the GameCube era bond games, Nightfire had the best multiplayer by a mile, and I think Agent Under Fire may have had the best campaign.
1
Is anyone considering doing this with the FAL? Let's say... Canada? How might you modify a FAL to make it suitable for modern employment.
1
Just me or does anyone else suspect it was modeled after han solo's blaster lol
1
So one thing is, the carbon will slow heat transfer but it will still absorb the heat over time. So it may well be that firing at a lower rate or fewer rounds would result in a more substantially cool barrel. At what point the two meet or the carbon surpasses the steel or aluminum... I don't know. But it would make sense that it would. Less heat transfer means less absorbtion, but also less bleed to atmosphere (cooling).
1
To be fair you are not practiced with the thumb trigger so, the different grouping could merely come down to that. *Ah good you mentioned that.
1
I enjoyed this history lesson, thank you.
1
so... I have to ask Why not merely have the gun seal / open a valve when it is locked into the port, and re-load it by removing the gun? It would simplify things greatly, and you could sill have safeties. Insert- twist- fire. Twist, pull out, reload, insert, twist, fire. Sure there is a slight process delay, but these things aren't rapid fire, and cost and complexity are reduced immensely.
1
To be fair. That is a much larger gun made by a person who knew what a gun was, and likely had more tools.
1
Do you still take your Alien to matches?
1
What's the firearm in the thumbnail?
1
I thought you concluded the lewis gun was better than the BAR? Or is that just in the context of this specific circumstance or this unique model?
1
...Has never worked on any aircraft let alone a merlin engine lol
1
Yeah, YouTube's BS is why I really appreciate you showing me Utreon. My one channel gets more views there than here.
1
You have now opened it up for all of us to make this comment/joke on EVERY SINGLE ONE of your videos haha
1
I would but currently illegal to transfer.
1
If nothing else it should bring the cost down.
1
Weirdly, not the worst gun we have seen. lol
1
Marlin seems an appropriate manufacturer given the odd design/shape
1
Nifty but terrible. It definitely looks very WWI (Even though it's not the right period)
1
Such gasholes.
