  25. the guy had a knife, and kept coming forward with it, disobeying commands from law enforcement. the dad called 311 but its the policy that police are sent when the subject has a weapon. what are they supposed to do?! if he didn't understand english, seems to me that education needs to be done on how to comply with commands of law enforcement. if police are wrong in the arrest, then its fought out in court. police runs are never decided on the street unless those men and women doing their jobs lives are endangered (the majority of the cops) by the persons they're pursuing.
