  1. I said it a few days ago. The US banking system is 15 years behind everyone else. We dont use cheques or money orders for 15 years now. If the US Banks are to survive the depression, they will change to Digital Banking. They should have done it in 2009. You see it with Schwab Bank, the rest of the banks will follow suit. They will ALL stop cashiers cheques, money orders, etc. If yo think its NOT gonna happen.....You are KIDDING Yourself

Many times many landlords will go out of business as ReFin is impossible and their portfolio of properties will be sold to the highest bidder. What it mean for the people who have rented for years at low rates, the new owners will put rents up bigly. Over 80% of US businesses are small to medium enterprises, and THEY are financed by small to medium regional banks. They WILL go out of business. Especially the small co-op banks, you thought your money wa ssafe. It aint.

  6. Dealerships are dead ducks in 5 years time as EV's are dominant. There is no need for a dealership, they have ZERO servicing. The public buy them ONLINE direct from the manufacturer. No middle man ripping them off. Yup, Dealerships ae gone, and so are Gas Stations. Over the next couple of uyears you will se them gradually close as demand collapses. They cant do anything with them, the underground tanks are toxic and require proper disposal. The land is worthless, unless you want a giant environmental headache on your hands....lol.

Look up Diffusion of Innovation, EV's are in the 'early adopters' stage and following the classic S-shaped curve. It defines how new technology overtakes and supercedes what has gone before, like Electricity, Washing Machines, Smartphones, Wireless Headphones.

Like everything else, a quality chef can make or break a restaurant, they usually ensure their creation is exemplary and that the kitchen has the highest standards.   38. Given that Properties have gained 46% over the past 2 years in this SUPER BUBBLE, they will fall lower than 50%. Even Lower as 2019 prices were in a bubble as well. Am guessin they will drop to 2015- 2017 levels. You got to get your mindset to think - there will be no loans or finance to buy a property. The Mortgage companies will go bankrupt. As Dan says, spread your money around different banks and hope they dont go bust. If the banks are heavily invested in mortgages, avoid them, they will go bust.

I was in Malaga a couple of months back and when in Spain,, always look for the 'Paltes des Dias' you get a delicious 3 course meal for $8. The food quality is superior to US food which is over processed and terrible. Dont beleive me, just go and look at what the Expats say about living abroad, you will be surprised.
