It's not my world, it's not your world. A common misconception of people of faith strangely, or maybe not maybe it's the autocratic totalitarian mindset. The world is the world and people are people, the fundamental things apply as someone once sang. You have to to look to history to learn what works and use this knowledge to evolve and develop not to deceive and bribe people to fit your vision of how the world should be.

Arcadia just keep watching Love Island and save up for a butt job. That's all the honesty most people need.
1
When will these clever liberal idiots realise they will never be clever enough to control people who have religious beliefs.
1
Surely labour can't fail to win the next election with the glittering display of intellectual heavy weights and self made, hard working, working class heroes that extol such clear and forward thinking policies that have been tried and failed all over the world. Surely everyone can see it will be different this time.

Which EU country had the most inward foreign investment in 2018?
1
@ericohm9474 Admittedly there was a concern to the economic impact of global trade and travel instruction, but if reports are correct that 2 or 3% of people are at risk of needing hospitalisation surely the best cause of action would have been for the NHS to have attempted to get these people to isolate themselves where possible or provide isolation if needed to reduce the load on the NHS.
1
@ericohm9474 Can't argue with you over what you've said the only question I have is how serious is the virus to what percentage of people and couldn't the people at risk of death be identified and isolated.
1
@ericohm9474 I've heard a few comments from Italian medics who have mentioned a certain percentage of patients requiring I C and or ventilators, the NHS must surely have info on vunerable people and anyone over 70 should know they are at risk. Such people should have the choice of self isolation or be offered isolation by the government, we must have the ways and means. I don't know but it seems the majority of people with the virus don't need hospital care and if they restricted their movement to essential trips only and made themselves identifiable as infected in some way so people could act appropriately I think problems would be minimised. The only other big problem I can see would be managing international and inter European travel which would need to be banned from unreliable or uncooperative countries which would I imagine be few given every countries need to trade.

@stevenp4566 Do or die he said and do or die it looks to be, brilliant cabinet selection. If it comes to an election I reckon Boris would win at worst it might be a coalition with the Brexit party, probably not a bad thing. Old fat boy Blackford unintentionally spoke the truth, Boris could be the last PM of the UK but that would be if we don't leave the EU and put theses remainers out of the picture rather than Scotland leaving. Scotland leaving would add to the strength of the remaining UK after they see the disaster Scotland would become.
1
@form and void Then Parliament won't have the numbers to stop anything on Brexit.
1
@stevenp4566 You surprise me not.
1
@Gustav The Impregnated That's what's worrying the EU. London still runs the world even now.
1
@Gustav The Impregnated So many international trade and economics experts commenting here it makes you doubt what you can see.
1
What is the UK?
1
@dano5969 That's not really a question is it.
1
@necrophiliacloli1767 More chance India and Pakistan would do that snowflake don't sweat or you'll melt.
1
@antoinedemm7533 Vote for dictatorship we only have to win once.

Merkel's swansong gift to Europe, an end to financial probity. Let's play----------------politics.
1
What does Mr Starmer have to say, as the shadow minister for staying in the EU he must have something up his sleeve.
1
DB1968 If they're not part of the solution they're part of the problem. And they've always been a problem sometimes with beneficial side effects sometimes not.
1
Open Comments Initiative Remainers arguing here are so far removed from reality it gets your blood up, like the time traveler in H G Wells ''The Time Machine'' did with the Eloi you can only get through to them by demonstrating reality.
1
@rjkmusicmedia My country right or wrong usually right as it happens.
1
This is what happens when an EU puppet government gets told by it's people to become the countries government, most of it's MP's don't have the ability or inclination to take the risk of making decisions not sanctioned by their masters, the EU and multinationals.
1
@Nicov. Young guy says he won't change his mind cause he aint got one.
1
@Nicov. Exactly.
1
@liana-qu6mk Surely everyone is fundamentally good, we just need to get people to understand this and stop being bad.
1
@Amanda Hughes What would the EU do? Send in their army. The prospect of looming unemployment is focusing many MP's minds I believe.
1
@Amanda Hughes I should have been clear I was referring to their own unemployment, I have seen lists of companies funded by the EU to move abroad and have come across a few myself not big enough to be on a list, the time has finally come for their meddling to stop. The time has come for the attempted brainwashing to stop everyone can no longer take media stories at face value there is more that they don't report that people need to know to make informed decisions.
1
@Amanda Hughes We should know within months rather than years from now, it seems to have taken forever already.

@bucketsandshims Did you really quote old willy wallace a really woke character and so relevant, not. Oh dear, Germany is in recession says the Bundesbank. Does Italy have a government at the moment and are they still planning to bust their expenditure limits set by the ECB? Time for the UK to ramp up it's climate changing emissions methinks, we can roast all those peasants in Spain, southern France the middle east and Africa etc as one of the few countries that would benefit from raising temperatures a few degrees saving loads of money not importing those climate friendly imports like wind turbines and running those lovely diesel and petrol powered cars. Downsize the economy and the population, reintroduce capital punishment and deport criminal refugees and have long prison sentences with forced labour as part of the package and watch as the rest of Europe destroys itself. The more you push the easier it will be to push back.
1
@bucketsandshims Riddle me this the BBC have just run a news story to say that British refineries will be unable to export their petrol refined from North sea oil to the EU due to the tariffs they will impose while at the same time the UK will not put tariffs on petrol imports making said refineries unviable. How is that we have to import petrol and export petrol, if we stopped importing electric cars and carried on producing cars with combustion engines would we not have a plentiful supply of petrol that could even be subsidised to benefit the economy?
1
@bucketsandshims I don't think Southern Ireland would rejoin the UK however much some of it's people may want to.
1
@bucketsandshims What you going to do with all those orange men if you get a united Ireland deport them to England and execute or go to war with the ones that remain, seems some people just seem to be cursed to have their countries history control their future. Does Southern Ireland even have an armed force?
1
@bucketsandshims I would be happy if you're right about Ireland but could the IRA just be Replaced by the UDF. Scotland on the other hand I think would just have severe economic troubles with a hard UKexit, so many changes to fund such as new currency, border infrastructure, severe cuts to government spending to meet EU entry qualification if that's what they want. They would have some bargaining chips such as coastal waters and a percentage of the oil and gas output from the North Sea after a long process of litigation not forgetting of course the loss of all UK government jobs and infrastructure expense in Scotland and a big hit to their significant financial sector which currently benefits from trading links with London. Ireland I imagine would not have quite such a tough time but the former North Ireland would be a bit of a basket case for you to sort out as I think I heard 75% of it's exports go to the UK. Why would Ireland need an army no reason as the whole of the world loves you (is that why the IRA operates with impunity), though the EU will I expect every state to make it's contribution to the EU army especially with the growing discontent in EU states looking likely to increase hugely (yellow vests nicely simmering and Italy talking of ditching the Euro). The old problems money and corruption the EU has in bucket loads and a lack of shims.
1
@bucketsandshims I wonder how Hitler would have rewarded Ireland for it's support if he had won, comforting to think that Ireland always backs the losing side. Don't worry we won't hold any grudges you can rely on us to be British, not European.
1
@bucketsandshims I seem to remember seeing something about U Boat pens in Southern Ireland sometime ago, you say they were neutral, that must have upset a lot of IRA soldiers losing the countries backing to kill the English or do they just prefer to be terrorists. What's your interest in Brexit anyway do you just want the UK to remain to be controlled and diminished under EU control.
1
@jackspencer8680 Good farmers always look after their livestock you numpty.
1
@lucius1976 Reality bites.
1
Why is there no investigation into European interference in the referendum.
1
Push the button now it's time to wipe out humanity and let nature take over.
1
Andrew Pryce You mean Trump was lying when he said he assaulted women!
1
@vladescu3g ''Define independence?'' Why can't you.
1
@vladescu3g If that is your opinion why respond to my comment, I guess you like to dictate as it's the EU way.
1
@SkyandSpace The future of an EU state will be that of a vassal in a dictatorship for as long as the EU exists which at the moment looks like it will be for a short time when the history books are written.
1
@Wichnam Correct, they thought project fear and time would wear down our resolve, that's not the only thing they got wrong I think if anything support for Brexit is stronger than ever. Grassroots Tories are middle and working class and identify more with Thatcher than anyone and support Brexit, the futures looking bright and blue.
1
@commoncasualboxing2201 Reinventing the wheel always means you end up going backwards why mess about when you can jet off to Venezuela now.
1
@commoncasualboxing2201 So Sajid Javid's success was just due to luck then do you think or he's just a puppet for the right wing conspiracy to keep the rich rich and the poor poor. Ignorance is the enemy of the poor and big part in the vicious circle that keeps them so, they have never been more badly served in my lifetime than they are today for the most part because of the Blair years IMO. I am not rich but that is as much my fault as anyone elses thinking that someone like Corbyn has an answer for anything will just end up in frustration and disillusion nowhere in the world have the ideas he believes in created anything better than we have in this country at the moment, thinking a little tweak here or there and a change in circumstances will produce a different result is for the birds. I hope for your sake you are not over 40 because if not there is still time for you to learn from experience as you obviously have much to learn.
1
EU = TITANIC after hitting the iceberg brexit is lifeboat for UK people if you don't want the lifeboat good luck to you.
