You buy the home, but you are not allowed to own the land it's on, because it's leased by the government. In other words, you don't really own the home. Personally, I think Communism should be held in the same regard as fascism, and it's proponents treated in much the same way. The hundreds of millions of people dead and suffering as a direct result of the practical implementation of the musings of delusional utopians isn't something I'm interested in entertaining.
