I see it a bit like smoking or too much sugar. It's not good for your health, and it's ultimately your choice, but we shouldn't pretend it's good.

And Gen X would be too young to remember, as this would have happened around the '77 visit (at least that's when the picture of her dancing with them are, apparently she was a groupie before that as well) and that's about when they were being born (1965-1980). I generally don't expect people to remember events that happened around the time of their birth.
