He promised to get rid of the consumer portion (which he can't because government is prorogued), kept he corporate portion (which you'll pay anyways, just in a less obvious way) and then added a new Carbon Tax Tariff. Carbon tax policy never came from Trudeau. Carney was at the root of it from the beginning and he's been spreading it globally, not just in Canada.
