That type of warfare is the worst, seeing the faces of little kids getting blown apart from it I mean even just thinking about it makes me lose respect for humanity. The good thing about myself is that I can refocus perspective easily enough. But some people really get traumatized and get stuck in a misanthropic loop.

  9.  @TeeCee602  growing up in the '50s knowing that your transgender, or maybe not even knowing that was what was happening, just feeling like you have a state of dysphoria about who you are, not being able to relate to people, I'm not sure what else she has going on. I am autistic, and I thought this woman sounded like she might be on the autism spectrum as well. Autistic individuals also experience gender dysphoria at an elevated rate statistically. They like to be alone, but they also don't like feeling lonely.

  12.  @RobertBulldoza  isn't that a shame. I know from first-hand experience. When I was a 14 year old homeless teen, I was dating somebody who was 23 years old. He was on steroids and other drugs, and extremely abusive. One time he sledgehammer hit me in the face with his closed fist and split the side of my head open. I was pouring blood everywhere. Not one single person stopped to help. This was in 1995 in downtown Seattle at around 9:00 a.m. at Westlake Park. Sometime in May. I have been abused and attacked by men several other times since then in public, and also in the privacy of my own apartment. Not anybody offers help. In fact, I've been blamed for trying to call out for help.

  19.  @FancyWasHerName.  actually, psychopathy is a condition that individuals are born with, however it is hereditary so I suppose we could blame someone up their family trees line. LOL. sociopaths are created with by a combination of brain trauma and environment. Psychopaths are born, sociopaths are created. However that does not excuse either of them for their cruelty, at the same time it does not make the sociopath anymore responsible for their outrageous Acts than the psychopath, because sociopaths show a high volume of prefrontal cortex damage, meaning that they're synapses don't work correctly and they don't have the ability to connect pleasure to appropriate things, they get dopamine releases from witnessing traumatic and dramatic, and often even terrifying events that they have witnessed in the past, and it's not like their consciously wanting the dopamine to release. It's just a biochemical response that has been predispositioned within their brain to begin with, and then that combination of environment and additional brain damage causes it.

It looks pretty small, and they talk about it being tiny in the interview. Plus they live in a shithole area. LOL no offense to anybody from down there, but I definitely would not be down to live in a tiny rural town like that. I guarantee the cost of owning a home down there is very cheap compared to a place like where I live here in Seattle.

I've worked on the west coast in Seattle and San Francisco almost 30 years and I've never seen anybody have an accident. I've done it all, from retail to warehouse, from healthcare to construction management. Even hustled and sold dope and rub and tugs when I was on the streets back in the day! That was well over 20 years ago though, now a days I'm a project manager in the construction industry. I have seen human shit all over the sidewalks in the bay, though!

I swear if we can get rid of mental illnesses and drugs, I mean I know drugs is drastic cuz they do save lives, but at the same time, these hard drugs like fentanyl. Crystal meth. We don't need none of that. They make people go crazy! I just wish we could live the way that we used to live as a human species - not the ignorance in the division, but the simplicity of life and death. The archetypes of human nature were our foundation, not this mess that Guy DeBord calls the spectacle of society.

  41.  @bettinadewoof3309  I worked as a therapist and a lot of my patients preferred remote sessions. I had to refer quite a few people to crisis hotlines. I just can't imagine the nerves that these dispatchers have. I thought about getting into dispatching, but I had to leave the field of mental health as it was because the burnout was so intense for me. It's really difficult to help other people when you are being abused at home. Luckily I'm not anymore, but my life really went to shit for a bit cuz I chose the wrong guy to have kids with.
