  9. That's the tactic out of all of these indictments. They spin the law beyond all reason to make legal activities criminal. The Manhattan Bragg indictment charges Trump with fraudulent business record to cover up a crime, but the indictment doesn't mention what that crime is supposed to be. I suppose he thinks it's the cohen payments to "horseface". But the FEC has ruled that those are not campaign expenditures, and hush money payments are not illegal.

  13. The election is decided by every state, more so the larger states. You just can't determine a close vote with out a complete count, especially the way they use mail in voting in many states. If the 350000 votes in Az can possibly flip the state to Trump.

These cases are totally falling apart because they were never legitimate. The Jack Smith documents case is dead for all practical purposes because the prosecution tampered with evidence, and submitted that tampered evidence to court. In this case, Stormy Daniels owes Trump $670,000 in legal judgements, that she says she will never pay. This is pure politics, with no basis in law.

The prosecution not only hasn't proven a crime happened, they never even specified a crime. This is the legal equivalent of the South Park underpants gnomes. Step 1: Trump paid an NDA, somehow through Cohen. Step 2: Umm. election. Ahh interference. Umm Russian trolls, Step 3: Crime!!!
