The Fourteenth Amendment also phrases insurrection as "assault against the constitution". Challenging an election within the constitution, is the opposite of that. Overthrowing an opposition political party's hold on power within the process is not an assault on the constitution.

But the entire corporate media, Democrat party, and corporate America are total propagandists who don't have your best interests.
