So they tried to enact a ban based on cosmetic features. A 30.06 rifle with a wooden stock is much more dangerous than an AR15, which fires a little .223 cartridge.

If he wants to put it like that, then maybe he should consider that Western Europe and N. America (with the exception of some places in Asia) are by far the most developed parts of the world. Why perpetuate values that are resulting in his own identity group (which is his only concern as he makes clear) underperforming.

Thus the Democrats lost an appointment to Trump. The Democrats are so bad at politics. They're currently getting hoisted on their own petard with their "believe all women" standard.

A true libertarian would allow people to die who couldn't afford medical treatment. But most people wouldn't do that. And a society which takes care of the sick will also pass rules, e.g. discourage smoking, smoking dope, etc.

  31. +Critz McGritz Yes, I know. People will stop working when they get to the 90% rate, and will only do things that will not be taxed at that rate, i.e. an investment with stock options. So revenue will go down, not up. If the 90% rate kicked in at 10 million, someone who normally made 20 million a year, would just work 6 months, and for the remainder work for stock options or something not taxed at that rate. So the government's take has gone down, not up.

While in Germany, France or the UK you get it from the government at a high copay. The high student debt that many people have is an issue. But in socialist countries their solution to cost is to limit who can attend universities to only those with high test scores. No one is going to pay for college for all. And if they did it would be high school II.
