  8. The amendment was considered necessary during Prohibition, because banning something would be a power of the individual states. Similar with pot. The federal government passed the Marijuana Tax Act, banning it through a tax policy, because banning the plant would be up to the individual states. What I wonder about when people discuss the war on drugs, is that there isn't a single country where dealing street drugs is legal. Marijuana is legal in about 4 countries, and that's it.

Everyone in their sample population tested positive for illegal drug use.  They didn't compare pot smokers with people who don't use drugs.  They compared pot smokers with people using cocaine and heroin.  Read the study.  They didn't prove "Weed has no negative effects on health."  They proved that weed smokers didn't have more health problems than junkies and cocaine users!

And, like Trump, Sanders is dangerously unqualified to be president. He wants massive benefits for all, and to stick it to the big corporations.
