You can't talk when you're being strangled. He said "I can't breath" four times before, when no cop had a hand on him. It was obviously a bad drug reaction.   42. Kamala Harris could reject the certification on Jan. 6 2025, except the Democrats passed legislation mandating the VP to certify the vote, so she'd be breaking the law. The certification process, on Jan. 6, was obviously there so that a vote could be challenged if people thought the election was not on the level. But the Democrats legislatively turned it into just a formality, because they can't think past what's right in front of them.
