LOL probably. There is no surprise in this video . Thailand was the first country outside of China to detect the virus.
1
It passed that number about a day ago, now about 102,000.

Why is he non-white but Zimmerman a person of the same complexion was white?

All insecticides are highly toxic, that's the job kill insects. It would seem to me that banning one organophosphate may not achieve anything and could cause more harm if another organophosphate is used in higher concentrations as a replacement which is a likely outcome. The highest risk for this product group is children getting leukemia in agricultural areas with crop dusting. This has been known about for 30 years and practices have improved. So it's fine to identify a problem but without providing an alternative it's not going to change. If there is alternatives for mass production at similar costs then ok. I personally favour organically grown produce but only at a certain price point.
1
@mohammadrahman1447 I guarantee you as a white man if I threatened to crack a policeman's jaw they would arrest me. The issue here is first we don't know what happened prior and was the force excessive which it appears to be.
1
dev0n james define white?
1
No you are right the average shareholder will probably be ok. The ones who actually get hurt are the poor because those corporations pay a lot of tax and you dramatically reduce their profit much less tax. Much less tax means less public services.
1
The healthcare system of a country is only an exacerbating factor. It's the initial reaction and plans already in place and ability to readjust those plans that have made all the difference so far. Those countries that treated it as nothing until the end of January have done the worst.
1
A lot of people actually. The blind devotion of some towards Trump is nothing that America has seen before at least in recent history. There are a significant number of people who no matter the evidence presented to them will not even look at it or research by other means to corroborate what is being presented because all media outlets regardless of how bias they might be are fake news and dishonest except Fox.
1
It's like a times 5 deadly flu. So about 5 times the death rate something like that.
1
We don't know how many reviews were due to complaints. On the good side it appears they must write a report if they ever draw a weapon. I wouldn't be so sure this is normal in every police department. So I draw no conclusions without knowing more.
1
Lol
1
I think you mean the Confederate army flag.
1
Saying I will crack your jaw is not freedom of speech. The only issue from the video we have seen is the force used to arrest excessive and I think it probably is.
1
Build that wall, I have seen videos of the US/Canada border and it's like the US/Mexico border people can just walk across and it's not even patrolled it seems like.
1
@cristinac.7024 I was responding to the original comment, so talking about your other border and jokingly. Don't have a strong opinion either way about your southern border other than it should be completely sealed to unlawful entry because a country should not have an open border and 10,000,000 illegal immigrants give or take causes problems. I am Australian and we have a policy of a controlled border which I think is better.
1
@jeffreycapron3172 Have you ever heard of boats, also have you heard of visa over stays. 3% of the US population give or take are "undocumented" , it's a policy choice . Most illegal immigrants arrive into Europe by boat at some point and they are not so different to the US. Everyone knows where most of the illegal immigrants can be found but it's gone too far so realistically amnesty needs to be given and then stop it from continuing.
1
@lew2875 I agree with you. I don't think the police officer used excessive force based on what I can see. Police have the right to push someone away if they are being attacked. It's unfortunate the way she fell but that's not the policeman's fault. These things are bound to happen given the numbers of people.
1
In the US it's nickname would be patriot act. Something along those lines.
1
Anthony Egidio it actually makes a big difference. This is why less educated white people prefer Trump. There are more poor White people in the US but their voices are not being heard or at least that's what they perceive. Proportion is lower but gross number is larger.
1
@ngoandrew8 judging from history if convicted he will get 12 and half years same to Mohammed Noor in the same jurisdiction.

Probably

I have read a fair few comments, I really find them disturbing. We have a President and a Mayor acting like 5 year olds. Give them a sand pit. How can anyone say either leader is great?
1
Nah gangs can "police" the streets. Without police they will probably have more resources than the police do now.
1
Dr Bright is correct. Truth is Australia and US followed the plan or close version of it in an almost identical fashion. It's the implementation that failed. You only see major divergence of what was being done after the US had failed at containment and entered the mitigation phase which is where you are at. The difference in outcomes is largely down to implementation. The other thing that Bright said is there seems to be nobody in charge coordinating which is the most important job. So some great big task force which you have without a leader. Truth is there is nothing wrong with "the plan" regardless who developed it and Australia who did exactly the same things at the same time until situations were very different had very different results so far. I hope Americans identify the actual problem and yes the President is certainly one of if not the most responsible person . What I have said doesn't really help anything now but maybe next time out comes can be different.
1
I use my knuckles. It's pretty hard to pick your nose or rub your eyes with your knuckles.
1
Contact tracing just means if you might have been exposed you will be asked to take a test and or self isolate for 2 weeks since most recent possible exposure. They couldn't care less about your medical records, they just want if you are infected you don't spread it.
1
Evidence tells us that the rich get it first then it spreads. So a country like South Africa it would spread slowly first but extremely difficult to stop spread once it gets a hold in a shanty town for example. I think people from very different countries should not criticise. South Africa has an extreme violent crime problem and if they go down the US or Swedish path I don't blame them. I wish South Africa the best of luck. I do think in poorer countries people will follow government advice more if they can noting the pressure if the poor to just get food if the government doesn't assist.
1
Read your last paragraph again, these are the people responsible. Yet I haven't heard a single remove the police chief or mayor. If you agree with what is said need to remove those responsible not those at the bottom end of the food chain which is the officers. Maybe some should go but government officials first.
1
We don't know the religion but the person's name is Sabry Nassar , the surname is Arabic.
1
I don't really agree because made up news with an extreme slant can spread just as quickly. For discerning people it's great but for those that just follow and don't check things they will be misled.
1
@luckydave328 The US is diverse. It's the inequalities in different parts of the country that make it stand out in my opinion to any other high income Western democracy. No idea what the solution could be though.
1
Officially it does. End of February officially it looked like the US had dodged a bullet .
1
I don't know if people are aware but it has been said by an official that criminal charges will not be laid against those 4 police. Search nine news Australia Minneapolis. Maybe it's the only main stream media willing to go on the seen and being foreign offers some protection.
1
Let's hope that shark doesn't swim to Taiwan or they'll eat it. Whale sharks can travel very long distances.
1
It wasn't that clear but seemed to be a bit like that.
1
From what I understand the district attorney is elected, this position should be a non elected official otherwise of course it's going to lead to corruption or the perception of corruption.
1
I think you meant to say find them interesting. Enjoy suggests you like watching violence to the point where people die.
1
It's really better to compare response by Australia and NZ and to an extent South Korea than China because the lockdown method etc. in China couldn't work in an open Western democracy.
1
I have thought about that. If someone was putting weight on his torso that could be an equal contribution to the death because the lungs could not fill to capacity.
1
He is. Of course he enjoyed doing what he did. The management of UK healthcare is a completely separate issue. I honestly feel sorry for the countries who didn't take the threat seriously in the beginning. I hope the country that succeeded will be looked at without prejudice on this issue once all is done.
1
Australia we did real lockdown and most state borders still heavily restricted. But must think looking good is important because barbers and hairdressers remained open. I actually don't say that lightly. It may well have been to keep something normal to an extent. If someone cares about their appearance having long or unkept hair would be a daily reminder things are not right. I don't know that to be the reason but I think it's likely.
1
You people have watched Training Day too many times. A good movie if you haven't seen it but I don't think representative of your average police.
1
@Clara OT9 really a policeman would go to jail for pushing someone and causing nothing more than an upset ego? What country do you live in?
