  27. @InquisitorialOperator  the Iraq war was for the U.S. to make an ally in the middle east and the U.S. was successful in that. The Afghan War was meant to destabilize and topple a Saudi terror group in Afghanistan, after that was done it was focused on stabilizing the country.

Not to mention Khe Sanh in which the US survives getting hit with very big artillery guns and the US used as a staging point, but was shot down due to Tet causing the base to be shot down.

  41.  @xcept7355  Iran didn't drop our stealth bomber and it was in Yugoslavia that had lots of Russian SAMs. Plus, if you read the report, the F117 got hit by losing stealth thanks to bomb bay doors. You can even try that yourself. Not to mention the F117 used 70s tech and was low observable and manual guidance is a thing.
