@extremel.z.s3140 Strictly 20 rounds only. The only times 30 round mags were used were for experimental purposes and saw rare use in combat. Plus you can look at all the Nam footage and see 0 30 round mags on M16A1s.

Pls stop covering well known events. Like a literal movie was made about the event that a lot of people watched.
1
@TheCookie69 If the film got two awards and made double the production value, then a lot of people in the early 2000s are going to know the film. I feel that it is better to cover lesser known major events in the world, such as the uprisings in the Eastern Bloc during the Cold War or the Battle of Wanat. Battle of Wanat dictated the nature of conflict in Afghanistan. I just see that posting stuff about popular historical topics is a cashgrab and doesn't add anything new to the table in a digestible manner. I think the Rawanda video, Fallujah, and Rhodesia was a much better topic selection due to lack of general media presence.
1
@profinneupane6883 that's not the point of my statement though. And Mark Bowden's book does exsist and the fact that the event happened at all is embarrassing. The point of the statement is to focus on other topics that weren't already covered a lot by mainstream media.
1
@marine5166 dumbest comment of the century
1
@marlonmoncrieffe0728 Johnny Harris content says otherwise
1
@virginialoverproductions mainly al Queda, but many these days forget that exsists
1
@virginialoverproductions still forgotten though
1
@baghi536 but they attack us though.
1
@FeatheredDino imagine a United States of Afghanistan
1
@claydogg234 no, the U.S. should've gotten Afghanistan to have a national identity that people actually want to follow.
1
@joeswanson5486 what was part of that trillion spent? Was it totaling for the value of equipment sent? It also counts the value of the old M16A2 rifles sent.
1
Vietcong versus GIs
1
@outofturn331 nah
1
@Clippidyclappidy no, it is not. You take memes for fact. Statistically the U.S. kills more Vietnamese and sent them packing into the tunnels. This is fact. What is also fact was that regardless of the casualties, Northern resolve and the propaganda machine kept the rural areas of Vietnam kn their side along with massive aid dumping by the PRC and USSR.
1
@patrickjennings7362 we didn't fund the ARVN after 1973
1
@Jay-jb2vr Not really because Vietnam is basically a colony of America right now as they produce goods for Americans at a low cost whilst begging the Americans for aid against China in the 21st Century.
1
@arthas640 Phillipines and Vietnam meat ride the USA for protection.
1
@anhvutuan535 I can respond with a single book called Hue, 1968 By Mark Bowden. The guy interviewed several planners of the Tet Offensive. It was meant to spark a revolution. Not send a message. The other statements regarding how the Tet Offensive was made to question the if the U.S. could win came from western media. Not the NVA nor PAVN.
1
Only 3.5k coalition deaths and that is fairly low.
1
@panzern777 Fun fact japan was supposed to be partially owned by Russia.
1
@hendrikvanleeuwen9110 Tet was considered a failiure by their own planners.
1
@hoanghai5195 Man your incompetence levels are through the roof, the US didn't invade North Vietnam because of Paris peace talks and the NVA sent Crack units to bypass the treaties.
1
@bigvinnie3 fun fact, US declared war on Japan and Germany declares war on the USA. Also cite your source.
1
@DontWalkRunProduct tbf that one was very fast
1
@lengocbaothinh2553 your wrong on it lol, look lz Albany, the PAVN had the upper hand and the US couldn't use air support yet yall couldn't wipe em out.
1
@lengocbaothinh2553 explain how 3rd tank battalion survived the night being held by the buckle without infantry support. Tanks are useless without infantry support yet survived.
1
@lengocbaothinh2553 Fire Support Base Illingworth in Tay Ninh province, South Vietnam on Apr. 1, 1970. The perimeter is overun and hand to hand combat is initiated and the US came out on top.
1
@lengocbaothinh2553 not to mention An Loc in which the south were against T54's and came out on top and Hamburger Hill in which a fortified enemy became immune to airstrikes thanks to being dug in so much won the battle still.
1
@ronin6100 no, it was for stabilization. Obama announced the 2016 withdrawal until it was canceled due to a taliban resurgence causing instability.
1
@dakota2327 they got unlucky, considering many servicemembers haven't fought.
1
@bradsanders407 well then, explain the civil war that was ongoing literally before the U.S. conflict. The U.S. invasion of Afghanistan is an intervention to support the Northern Alliance.
1
@parsa6526 not all as the US history book was written by a german from ww2 that fought for the reich. Napoleon is a good example too.
1
@parsa6526 hitler wrote history after ww1
1
if you guys complain about propaganda, explain the news reporters and documentation of harsh resistance and tthe need to withdraw and use heavy air support.
1
Can't wait for the angry Vietnamese video
1
@MidnightSlayz l
1
There were SPUDS and Chemicals though, after the Israeli SCUD attacks by Iraq and Chemials used in the Iran Iraq war.
1
@aido2824 The US' mission was completed in 2014 and Operation Resolute Support happened after which was to train the ANa
1
@Guidance_seeker Yet you won't do the same stuff as they do as your too scared. Idc where you live. You probably wouldn't fight as hard as them.
1
So Iraq really did have chemicals and WMDs.
1
@maxtomlinson8134 but they did Nationbuild, Afghanistan was in its best condition since the Afghan Coup during the Cold War.
1
@wanderingtf2314 The Iraqis wanted the US to invade, but a government ran by Islamic Minorities are the people mad.
1
@oaples8790 ISIS is dead in Iraq, when was the last major news about Iraq? Oh right 2019.
1
@danfernandezdec7456 Vietnam is an ally of the US today for some reason.
1
@malakatan3235 Iraqis actually wanted the US to invade, it's just that we set up a government ran by a Islamic Minority.
1
@oaples8790 My point is, Iraq isn't a failed state and is becoming a successful country. Tell me when was the last major battle in Iraq and tell me how much Teritory is in governmental control in 2019. Also, ISIS is gone right now in Iraq, but not in some parts of Africa and the Philippines, well the Fillipinos are doing a number on ISIS right now and French Foregin Legion doing combat in Africa.
1
@bharatv5563 I only have issues with mag sizes.
1
In my opinion do Operation Linebacker 3 which is to do a mass bombing campaign and ground deployment to retake the majority of the country again to get everyone out and let the ANA manage the country while the UN evacuates.
1
@ccole5386 Yah know, who's fault is it that fighting takes place in a city instead of the country side? Oh right its ISIS.
