  32. Unfortunately, the gentlelady is unaware, of the danger of distributed ledger technology. It is not safe, as in it is not a failsafe technology. There currently exist a massive and tremendous amount of computer technology, and it improves exponentially every day, that can and will crack and hack into the system. Additionally, to risk having a backdoor into the American Financial and economic system for no better reason that, they’re doing why we can’t do. America is the greatest economic system in the world. Wall Street processes transaction s in the milliseconds. America's computers are second to none. Retail transactions occur in the milliseconds within the borders of America, and with connected country, transaction happens within seconds. So, it occurs to me the gentle lady what to have system similar to CCP China where a person, their identity, and their financial health go with them wherever they are. That they can be digitally monitored every step they take outside their home. that is the government so choses, it could use a code to bar a person from using public transportation, that credentials can be check to see if there is a government alert on a person, that the government could shut down a person’s mode of transportation, all this draconian behavior could exist. I would suggest to the gentlelady, who like to sic citizen on opposite party official for having a different opinion, that she does not understand the US Constitution which she argues to circumvent, by saying they are doing we should to. Argument #1 - America does not need to do it. Argument #2 - If industries in America want to risk and become members of foreign countries financial system that may or may not be a good idea. Is the Blockchain absolutely necessary? I would say no. Not for America. I suggest the gentlelady spend a moment or two and look at the history of the distrusted ledger technology and Blockchain to understand why it was invented in the first place. Once she understands that that she will understand why it is a danger to America's financial system. Finally, as a case study, I suggest studying the Mt. Gox robbery, in which 744,408 bitcoins were stolen worth hundreds of millions in US dollars. I am familiar with this story, in my opinion, the operators at Mt. GOX has a singular critical security error. Wikipedia reports the theft happened over a period of years, however, if you can imagine the highest level security, were only the founder and his closest staff were privy to the operation, that one day they were convinced into letting a TV crew into their inner most sanctum. The TV crew’s equipment, allegedly, detected that most secure information of the Mt. Gox operation and soon with most there was this monstrous theft of bitcoins, bitcoins that belonged to people and represented their savings. This not a secure technology and now with advent of AI, the risk to put America amongst those that do not have as much to lose, cannot be rationalized.

  49. Is it correct to believe the WH was provided critical military advice and requirements and comletely disregarded it? Do I have confidence in the WH administration conducting themselves in a professional manner regarding making critical political decisions? No, I do not. I have no trust, I do not perceive integrity or competency in this adminstration. I think the WH has repeatedly demonstrated a callous disregard for critical expert advice that is contratary to some irrational narative they seem to think is a correct path to follow. I point ot the repeat of the Afghami decision to fight the Russian vicariously through Ukrainians by providing advanced weaponry. This, in my opinion, will only prolong death and destruction. The US should lead the international community in getting a favorable surrender terms Putin has offered. This war, and today massive refugees, leaving the Ukraine, could have ended yesterday. This pathological cheering the Ukrainians on to war and destruction is unnatural, and the world leaders who support war, are not leaders. Surrender is the best chioce for the Ukrainian people and a return to normality. The US must decide that when Russia, not if, will take charge of the Ukrainins, that through no fault of their own, they will come under the draconian sanctions being imposed on the Russians and those assocoated wih them. It is difficult to fathom that the Ukrainians first endure an invasion, and then when it concludes they will fall under ssanctions and a reduced quality of life because Russia has taken over politically. Are the decision of the WH being fully thought through? It appears this is questionable.
