  7. The only things that might work, in conjunction with cash to help pay for children, is mandatory DNA testing and the elimination of divorce, or at least no fault divorce. I have been married nearly 40 years, in many ways it has been a great marriage, However, I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times my wife initiated intimacy in all those years. They just don't do it, and they are not adventurous in trying anything new. I am sure there are some exceptions, but that is the rule.

  19. I have seen it hurt a whole generation because too many of the men my age who had children were royal wussies. Or else just were absent most of the time.
