  7. Would never buy because of the failure rate in air suspension as Scott pointed out. Add to that a twin charged engine, this thing might make 50k miles before being a complete mess to repair at best

  9. Sorry Hyundai/Kia have the worst dealers. They are the former Mitsubishi/ Suzuki dealers. That is not a luxury experience. They launched this brand way too soon. They should have fixed the existing dealers first, then built Genesis dealers, then introduce the brand. This is like starting a war before you have an army.

  10. savagegeese I just wonder if they are aware of the dealer experience here. My mom wanted a Kia Sportage SX but doesn't want to go down to Naperville because the dealers are so awful up here. Now she's looking at a QX30. Btw amazing review. Absolutely agree with your take on the interior and the door handle. Surprised how much of it is the same to the Equuis I drove.

  11. +kkthxk Completely agree. i thoughy for some crazy reason they were gonna be logical and reward the miata when it got down to the top 3. Nope lets have a sold GT4 and Merc win. wow makes me feel even poorer. I might be able to buy a Focus RS one day. hahaha Thats my max $ on a car.

  12. Great review as always but im starting to feel the section with the mechanic under the car would be better served with just you under it. The mechanic makes no sense and isnt really funny. He takes away more than adds. You provide facts and then he goes on to take about something random thats not funny and has nothing to really add. Just my 2 cents. Keep up the great reviews.

  14. savagegeese Honestly i worded my original statment to the extreme side. I remember Scott and you talking before you had cars to review and the banter was hilarious. I just feel we are missing that in the car review videos. Scott is funny but it just doesnt seem to be the same as when you are him are just talking. Btw this is such a minor thing as you guys do amazing reviews especially the Genesis review. Just see so much potential there that seems to be filtered. Love you guys though and keep up the great work.

  26. savagegeese​​ im bragging here so let me. I had a lexus is300 with 5 speed. It was a dream. Okay the dream is dead. I got poor and had to sell it. But I believe at the time it was the only 5 speed in Wisconsin. Had to drive down to Northbrook to get it. Im sorry this story ws boring but it basically had the supra block in it, going back to your original comment on the supra chasis. So block, chasis whats the difference. Same thing

  43. Not an suv guy but love this interior. My mom already put a down payment on a Palisade after test driving it and the competition. I think they hit it out of the park with this design. It shows Honda what it could be if they were so lazy and mail it in every year

  46. Every time I watch a Hyundai or Kias review, I always feel like I'm watching Annie. The reviewer is constantly talking about tomorrow and the next gen as being the gen that gets it perfect. They have never got imperfect the next gen. I call bullshit. Genesis and Kia are always going to be a 85% car. They will never release a complete car. It will always be this is great for a Kia or Genesis. Not this is great for a performance leading brand or luxury maker. They are too cost cutting to do it.

  49. The Type R is the ugliest car ever made. The SI is less offensive but still bad. I'm disappointed the styling of the civic automatically renders it not an option for me. Cars are an emotional purchase and the styling just causes me to feel hate.
