You mean "Raeesh"! Yes, read and heard many people talking about it. I should better not comment because it's not my domain.

Sorry for disappointing you. I must try harder to say something better. Thank you

Thank you so much. Please do share how you think we can make it better

You are right, Sir. I am afraid I do have emotions, so to say, but when I wear my journalist's hat, my ideology is objectivity. I know you may not agree to many things I say. And, sometimes, I suppress my personal feelings about certain issues because my job demands objectivity. But isn't it what you expect from a journo?

Dapper! Wish you were right.🙂On a serious note, no, I am not suggesting that the BJP will lose all these elections. I must be stupid to think that I know what voters will do. I am only talking about their strategy and highlighting how it didn't work in Karnataka and how the party is sticking to the same in other states. Whether it will work or not is not my concern.

Very valid questions, Mr Dutta. Would love to engage with you on these issues. It's a bit late now but will revert to you soon. Hope you don't mind. Good night

Thank you. There are experts in every state who understand things better than I do. All my endeavour is to bring the best perspective for you. I also learn a lot in the process.

Thank you

To you, too. Thank you very much

Hi, thanks for writing in. I am not sure if I have something new to bring to you. It has been talked about so much. Maybe I should wait for her deposition before the committee and then do it. Now that you have brought it up, I will certainly do it. I need to think of the timing though.

Let's see. By the way, I do think he is under-estimated as a politician. He is quite sharp, politically.
2
Hypothetically speaking, it shouldn't change. Everybody loves power without responsibility and Kharge is an enabler in that sense. It serves the Gandhis. In Nadda's case, it's the other way round, especially when he must live under Amit Shah's shadow.

Thank you

Sorry, my fault...I keep the guest speaker occupied with my questions most of the time although the idea behind the show is to let our viewers participate and drive the conversation...you will find it better from the next week

Fascinated, yes. But I won't call it 'machinations'. Every party has its own electoral strategy, whether I or you like it or not. For political animals like you and me, who want to look at it without bringing our political or ideological beliefs in it, the game plan is certainly fascinating- and I am speaking for myself here

RSS has always been against personality cult but it must live with it for now because it never had it so good before Modi- in terms of its influence in the 'system.' I can tell you what a friend from the RSS tried to explain its predicament to me through a story. There was an old man who sweated it out for years to build a brand of his shop, selling certain commodities. Then his son took over and started selling new commodities that became very popular even though the old man disapproved of them. But, the shop was so popular that the old man could just watch the crowds outside the shop, wondering whether he should celebrate his son's success or rue the fact that there were no takers for the commodities he used to sell. Well, it's just a story told by my friend. I am not sure whether I should stand by the father or the son.

@shardulironmaiden Vaikunth vs Swarg! Love it. As for personality cult, it's a universal phenomenon although the reference points may be varied. You may have a point about 'avatar' but frankly, I am still trying to understand this phenomenon

Thanks a lot for your encouraging words. As for the book project, well, I wouldn't like to write one as long as I am a reporter. I have my issues about it but never mind....
2
Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words.

That it's not so easy to finish the Nandas without a Chandragupta, ,😁

Thank you.. ringside views are always clearer. Get into it and you get thrashed 🙂

@manojsjoshi Thanks for your response, Sir. Frankly, I am not qualified enough to talk about the things you raised. All I can say is that I would like our politicians not to lose sight of our larger goals as a nation while they try to score brownie points. And, yes, I still stick to my point about the need for our PM to intervene. We can't afford to have our states fight over linguistic groups or territorial claims. Someone needs to stop this parochialism and that's where a popular PM can really make a difference.

Thanks for liking it. Please do keep giving feedback, especially when I go wrong.

Noted. In fact, I myself have been conscious of it. Hope to improve as I get more used to the camera. Do appreciate your feedback. Thank you

Shubham, working from home for the first time. Never thought I would be handling a mobile camera for my shows on my own. Missing my colleagues from the video team so much. Please bear with my incompetence with the camera for a while, hoping that the pandemic is over soon 🙏

Thank you, Prempal ji

Thank you, Sir. Love your idea- ecosystem of truth. The thing is how many of us want to be there!

Thank you so much

Agree but that's what we have got so far as our tools to try to analyse things. Hope we have better options soon. I will also be looking forward to it.
2
@PranavPandit yes, they do. It was 29,999. Details are there on their website.

Oh, just saw someone calling me a libtard! Somebody else was calling me a Gandhi family loyalist the other day. Now godi media and Sanghi! I am having an identity crisis, seriously.
2
Thanks a lot

Thank you so much for your feedback. Will convey it to our video team. Let's see what we can do about it
2
I am sure he has but the sooner he shows them to mitigate this crisis, the better
2
Don't know but I am sure he will be given a good reward for his loyalty and commitment

Agree, Huzurabad bypoll is a mother of polls, so to speak. I do think it deserves a more detailed analysis. I may not be able to do justice to it in my video show, but I can promise to make up for this with more insightful articles on our website from my colleagues. Anyway, hope to address this issue in my YouTube Live session next week. Thank you so much for writing.
