The USSR has equal living standards and life expectancy to Western Europe by the 60s after being a medieval country just 4 decades earlier. You should actually do some research into what has happened since the fall of the Union, that’s where you’ll find breadlines.

Every time capitalists give you a concession they will go back on it as soon as possible. Look at the UK and the EU states, they had a welfare state and universal healthcare but this is now being dismantled.

Unions striking are a good thing but you Americans have a lot to learn, just because your workers are finally striking doesn’t mean you’ll change the system, most countries have regular strikes that accomplish nothing and are betrayed by union leadership. And by the way unionisation is not a part of your political system, your government has spent hundreds of years trying to wipe it out.
