@swirvinbirds1971 I should specify that, in the words of John Locke, "every Man has a Property in his own Person. This no Body has any Right to but himself. The Labour of his Body, and the Work of his Hands, we may say, are properly his. Whatsoever then he removes out of the State that Nature hath provided, and left it in, he hath mixed his Labour with, and joyned to it something that is his own, and thereby makes it his Property."
This is the principal the classical liberal Jefferson believed him.
Hence, this is why it is an act of force to enslave someone, but not an act of force to prevent someone from taking your property, even if it is a particular class of it.

1:55 Since you asked, I would add this amendment:
Section 1
The 5th Amendment is hereby repealed.
Section 2
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without the informed consent of the owner.
Section 3
Congress shall not interfere with production, trade and use of goods and services, so long as the production, trade or use of the goods and services do not violate the rights of life, liberty or property of another person.
