The one where the Man has trouble figuring out how to pay the bills online or get the insurance sorted, or some other everyday basic task, only to have "Smart woman" come in and sort it out with a condescending look on her face. The puerile, myopic ad's is just one of the reasons i won't watch TV anymore.

  27. I traveled to the UK from NZ in the late 80s as a 19 year old for a working holiday, as many Kiwis and Aussies do. Rented a room in North London off a really nice old lady. First morning in the place, I was awoken by a very loud guttural wailing which repeated 3 times at various times during the day. The landlady said it was the “calling to prayer” which was blasted thru multiple loud hailers on a pole. None of the locals were consulted or asked, and local authorities weren’t interested in hearing any complaints. The place is far worse now I imagine.

  28. Was there in 88, and it was a great place. If i had told the Swedes back then their country would go from safest to 2nd most dangerous, in Europe in just a short time, and that they would have 40 hand grenade attacks in a single year, i doubt they would believe me.

  38. My sister is a teacher, and she has a serious issue with trying to control, organise and dominate any interaction. The rest of the family can put up with her for about 24 hours before she gets told to “GTFO of here”. She treats, and talks to everyone she’s around like they are kids in her class. Luckily she’s a 5 hour drive away from the rest of the family😁.

There were calls to cancel a crimewatch style police reality show called "Police 10/7" here in NZ that shows security cam footage of crimes, and wanted crims mugshots etc, because it "Painted Maori and Pacific Islander in a bad light" due to the vast majority of the people shown committing said crimes, coming from those groups. Pretending it isn't happening won't stop the problem.
