I'd rather drive then take a bus.

Excellent report Georgia. It's great to hear from a reporter on WSJ that can actually speak professionally & not sound like a college intern or grunge skater coming down from a THC high.
2
She's a AI bot. Really, she is.
2
How about turn the TV off & read a book?

With the current infrastructure (and of course the amount of time it takes to charge) the best use for an EV is a commuter. Providing you have somewhere to charge it, at work or home etc. Long distances (road trips) are a challenge.
2
Slow news day.
2
Sounds like the latest push for electric cars
2
WSJ is catering to younger viewers with these reporters. I'm not sure if this strategy will allure them away from Tik Tok & other social media platforms though. That's a tough nut to crack.
2
I'll add one more thing: Learn to be a good listener.
2
Julie Chang sounds much more professional then Zoe IMHO
2
@davidwelty9763 I thought Zoe was manufactured in the Metaverse.
2
Yea! Julie Chang FTW. 👍
2
Julie Chang is much better. Zoe sounds childish compared to Ms. Chang.

Some adults too.

Fingerprints & facial ID might help.

It's already happened

I've had worse jobs, try working in the fast food world.

Beyond me why anyone would order from this type of service. I guess people have forgotten what a Crock Pot is. Put a bunch of stuff in it, turn it on & ready to eat when you get home. Enough food for 3-5 days.

Welcome back Julie!

Better build those foundries asap before China takes over Taiwan or the US will be in deep doo doo. I fear its probably too late.
1
A Chinese company storing mass amounts of data on US citizens? What could possibly go wrong 🤔?
1
American corporate greed at its finist.
1
Julie Chang sounds much more professional IMHO
1
The face shot of him wearing a baseball cap is a sure giveaway.
1
Julie Chang FTW!
1
Only when it becomes self aware...which is very soon.
1
I'm beginning to think Zoe is a ChatGPT bot...
1
Great info, welcome back Julie!😊
1
Zoe spoke more professional in this chat, unlike her usual AI bot style. Perhaps she's taking voice lessons from Julie Chang. Well done Zoe!
1
They are trying to appeal to a younger audience. WSJ has other content on YT with, shall I say, more mature hosts & reporters.
1
Reddit isn't called 'The Front Page of the Internet' for nothing!
1
My thoughts exactly.

I agree. I much prefer Julie Chang
1
@Worldaffairslover Generation Jones actually.
1
@Worldaffairslover Does any of this really matter? Seriously...

If my ex wife becomes a programmer I'm a goner! 😢

India isn't the only country looking to make it's own chips. IMHO the uncertainty on the future of Taiwan is making nations look to the future of a Chinese controlled Taiwan. One only has to look at Hong Kong in it's present condition, could you imagine the Chinese government controlling all the chip production in Taiwan? Trusting the Chinese with chip production is like trusting Colonel Saunders with your pet chicken.. The Chinese are crafty MFs playing the long game of world dominance & they are off to a darn good start. This has only just begun.
1
Julie Chang sounds professional while Zoe Whats-Her-Name sounds like an AI bot.
1
The comment section here is a bit of a cesspool. On a EV charging note you can bet Ole Elon is going to line right up to the US government Gravy Line. Check please!
1
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.
1
Shen Lu, no head shot photo? Seems WSJ has an undercover Chinese reporter. Be careful Ms. Lu or you could end up in a retraining camp. Do us a favor & ask it who is Winnie the Pooh.😅
1
Oh geez. Just what I needed, another social media platform. Pass.
1
What a rabbit hole these apps are. No thanks.
