The first time my great-uncle was asked for a fishing license he picked the game warden up and threw him in the creek and he didn't need a fishing license anymore. People used to know what Freedom was and the sovereign rights endowed to them by natural law. Maybe if people didn't over eat there would be no over fishing. Maybe fishing processing industries should only be able to process farmed fish. Perhaps government sold you a lie to protect big industrialized fishing processing and marketing.
