@КристинаЙорданова-р8л Oh sorry, I thought you were trying to blame Ukraine for somehow breaking the Budapest memorandum, which wouldn't have even made sense.
3
@jeffs4483 Prior to the war less than 10% of Ukrainians wanted to join NATO, they were neutral, it didnt work. Even if that wasn't the case Russia gets no say in what another sovereign nation wants to do. From the Budapest memorandum that Russia signed: Respect the signatory's independence and sovereignty in the existing borders.
3
sure bud, whatever makes you feel fuzziest inside. It would take around a million men to take Kyiv. Russia already tried under much more favorable circumstances and failed miserably.
3
Amazing how Zaluzhnyi came back from the dead. Do you think the Ukrainians are using necromancy? 👻
3
Yeah, I rolled my eyes when he was elected but he's done a surprisingly good job. At least with regards to his foreign policy I have no idea how he's doing domestically.
3
@Valkron11 Ironic considering one of the gayest pictures in human history is of Putin. (the horseback one)
3
@erics7226 There is also Lavrov and Solovyov. Ukraine is the country with the ex comedian as president but Russia is a complete joke.
3
@princeindoorandoutdoorplan3003 Russia is the aggressor here, they aren't defending anything.
3
@Matt1975ism Ukraine is fighting Belarus, North Korea, Iran and China. Russia would have lost by now but the Ayatollah said he'd fight Ukraine until the last Russian. See how dumb that sounds?
3
@Matt1975ism Me too, I've amended my comment above with some quotations, hopefully its more clear.
3
@MrJayjay0420 To put this in perspective it took the US just over 500 hours to take out Iraq, a country on the other side of the planet, with the worlds 4th largest army. Imagine if over a year in they were still only a few miles into the country and started digging trenches and ressurected the M26 Pershing and said 'don't worry its only to be used as an assault gun, everything is going according to plan.' Meanwhile Russia can't even take the Donbas from the worlds 15th most powerful army, which is a few hours by car from Moscow. This war has been a bigger disaster then Rings of Power.
3
@wepshead India's largest trading partner by far is the US.
3
@nsevv Most likely, though depending on how things shake out Russia will likely be givin some sort of path back from pariahdom.
3
Putins definition of a Nazi is any Ukrainian who doesn't admit they are Russian.
3
cry some more.
3
@lostlogic6911 Misrepresenting sources to spread misinformation is his favorite past time, don't worry about it to much.
3
In Ukraine corrupt officials get arrested, in Russia they get a promotion.
3
Russia released a video of 2 Leopards getting destroyed from 3 days ago, Russia has lost over 2000 tanks. Get a grip.
3
@Faiez-rh1gm Mostly they are being used on Russian logistics and command. Which takes time to show results. The reason the offensive is progressing slowly is minefields.
3
@ZHOUKINGS Every country on earth was created genius. Kyiv predates Moscow by centuries.
3
@HarrySmith-hr2iv How do you feel about the rebels in Syria? I'm asking for a friend.
3
@AMultipolarWorldIsEmerging wow defenders advantage doesn't exist for the first war ever. amazing.
3
He has critical fetal alcohol syndrome, he's trying his best don't be so hard on him.

@natasa8266 Russian media started actively sharing a message that their modernized T-62M tanks are no worse than the Challenger 2, Leopard 2 or Abrams, and in fact, they say, "outperform on the battlefield the Western tanks supplied to Ukraine." The original source writing about the "advantages" of the modernized T-62M was the Military Watch Magazine, the article was titled, "Russia’s New T-62 Tank Variant Built For 21st Century Engagements: Will It Be Effective in Ukraine?"
3
@natasa8266 Russia is supposed to be the world's number 2 army and after a year and a half they've lost over 50% of the ground they once occupied and lose more every day. They've lost tens of thousands of armored vehicles. So I'm not sure what you mean by 'they aren't struggling badly on the frontline.' What would you consider struggling? This has been one of the most humiliating invasions in human history. Why cant Russia even capture the Donbas if they aren't struggling? Its only a half days drive from Moscow.
3
@natasa8266 The US took all of Afghaistan in a couple weeks. There hadn't been an attack on coalition forces in years. The Taliban spent 20 years hiding in caves in Pakistan. Russia got smoked so hard in Afghanistan their whole country collapsed. The US intervention in Yugo was a success... That 40k number comes from Russian sources. In a speech on September 12 Putin claimed they had destroyed 18k Ukrainian armored vehicles since the start of the counter offensive. An impressive feat considering Ukraine started the war with only around 7k armored vehicles and had recieved around 4k in foreign aid. Where the other 7k came from is a mystery. Maybe Russia mastered interdimensional travel and have destroyed Ukraine's army in other time lines.
3
@natasa8266 Imagine if the US invaded Mexico. Then after a year and a half of WW1 style attrition warfare and 6 figure casualties and losing tens of thousands of armored vehicles they had lost over half the territory they once occupied and were losing more every day, and only controlled around 15% of Mexico. Then they said "Could we do better in this conflict? Absolutely. Obviously we are not in a hurry, cause the US is not the one on life support, in case you forgot that." would you take that sort of nonsense seriously? Or would you get second hand embarrassment that someone said something so dumb?
3
@mrjerzheel How many S400s to shoot down a couple fisher price drones headed to the Kremlin?
3
US was to withdraw its missiles from northern Turkey, which they did. Must be nice living in a dream world.
3
@agent3268 Maidan happened because after being voted out unanimously Yanukovych tried to hold onto power. Russia sent its goon squad over to fire on Ukrainian protesters. Russia did the same thing in 2020 when Lukashenko was voted out by a large majority of Belarussians. Very democratic.
3
@agent3268 2014 is when Russia began its invasion, if not for that there would be no casualties in the Donbas, civilian or otherwise.
3
@wolfswinkel8906 In an interview on 20 February, a retired colonel of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Russia (GRU), Aleksandr Musienko, said that the conflict could only be solved by force, and that Ukraine had proven it could not exist as an independent, sovereign state. According to government documents released by Ukrainian former Deputy Interior Minister Hennadiy Moskal, Russian advisers were involved in the crackdown on protesters. The operations, code-named "Wave" and "Boomerang", involved the use of snipers to disperse crowds and capture the protesters'
3
@cordellmohawk8408 yawn, let me know when Russia captures the Donbas.
3
@cordellmohawk8408 Ukraine hasn't spent the last 20 years stroking itself off as the worlds #2 army. Also one reason that Russia involved themselves is because Ukraine was winning and were on the verge of breaking the LPR and DPR.
3
@yaqob3275 NATO being involved in this war is such a strange fantasy. Is Russia being overwhelmed by air power and cruise missiles? The war would be long over if they were involved. Even if they were involved (they aren't) it looks like this. NATO casualties: 0 Russian casualties: 200k+ Also you need to work on your English, it can by very difficult to parse out what you are trying to say.
3
Plus the whole genocide thing.
3
@ordemeprogresso727 You guys have been saying that for a year and a half, Russia cant even take the Donbas. Its time to face reality.
3
@Valkron11 Down to about 15% at this point. Of course trench warfare that never ends with terrible casualties is one of the hallmarks of a successful invasion. Ukraine is the underdog here, stalemate is the same as a type of victory for them. Russia was supposed to take Kyiv in 3 days, remember? Imagine if the US invaded Mexico then after a year and a half of WW1 style attrition warfare with 6 figure casualties the US was just a few miles across the border and had lost 54% of the territory they once occupied, and were losing more every day. How would you rate that invasion?
3
@dns7587 Then why was Putin crying calling it the equivalent of 9/11? And yeah losing the naval war to a country with no navy must be humiliating for Russia.
3
@ppazpppaz8618 Russia's military budget over the years far exceeds Ukraine's even with western aid. Most of the western aid is mostly just arriving now, if a country that wasn't completely inept were invading Ukraine the war would have been over a year ago before aid was able to arrive.
3
Tylo The US annexed Iraq and Afghanistan? I didn't know that.
3
Surely the economic slowdown had nothing to do with covid like every other country on earth. How about China wanting to punish Australia for having the audacity to suggest the origins of covid should be studied. So China stopped buying Australian coal from Australia, instead they bought Australian coal from 3rd parties like Chile at a large mark up. Oh and disregard the rolling blackouts. More brilliance from Xi.
3
@nawadhd Russia can't even take the Donbas, WW3 is a bit of a stretch.
3
This is sarcasm right? I can't tell anymore.
3
@elbibwen3019 Manchuria is populated by Chinese majority for centuries.
3
@cushiterevenge5696 Imagine if the US invaded Mexico then after a year and a half of brutal trench warfare that never ends the US only controlled 20% of Mexico, and was losing ground every day. Would you consider that a successful invasion? On top of that most of what Russia controls they had in 2014 or from the initial shock of the 2022 invasion. Since lines have stabilized Ukraine has taken much more ground then Russia has.
3
Meanwhile Josue is feasting on potato's.
3
@GeoPoliticsCommentry lmao, imagine typing something like that and not dying of embarrassment. 5 mansions 2 helicopters 3 yachts 2 spaceships huge Weiner. Ok dude.
3
There hadn't been an attack on coalition forces in years in Afghanistan. The US didn't leave because of casualties but because if after 20 years the ANA wasn't able to fight they never would be able to. Should have left after they got Bin Laden imo.
3
@unknown-qz6lp Russia has taken more casualties in this war in a year and a half then the US took in 30+ years combined in Afghanistan and vietnam.
