  15.  @MrSandman96  One thing we learned from START is that all Russia's ICBMs are sitting in 20 feet of water. Nuclear arsenals are extremely expensive to maintain, and if their conventional force is anything to go by its unlikely their nuclear threat is very credible.

  18.  @xpact83  The details of the bill aren't top secret, most is being spent in the US. A small fraction is in the form of monetary aid, and its in the form of a loan. The EU has sent a much higher percentage in direct financial aid to keep their government afloat.

The protests started when he refused to give up power, then he fled the country. Maidan is often claimed by Russian apologists to be a coup but it would be the only successful coup in human history that ended with the same government it started with. The chances of Ukraine joining NATO was effectively zero, less than 10% of Ukrainians wanted to join prior to 2014 and multiple NATO countries were opposed to the idea. Russia invaded in spite of Ukrainian neutrality. Want to know another country that considered joining NATO? Russia, should they invade themselves? The primary reason Russia invaded was Ukraine discovered large gas deposits and threated Russia's energy monopoly in Europe.

Georgian Civil War, South Ossetian War, Russian intervention in Syria, War of Dagestan, First Chechen war, Second Chechen war, Tajikistani Civil War Transnistria War, War in Abkhazia, Russian invasion of the Donbas/Crimea, Russo-Georgian War, Central African Republic Civil War, Mali War, Russo-Ukrainian War. These were obnoxious but nobody really cared until Russia started annexing sovereign states. Do you understand?

They were there for 14 years. They were also in Iraq, though that wasn't a NATO operation. Any other foolish questions?

It was only after he revealed the location of the Ukrainian military that he was arrested. Additionally, there is no evidence that any torture was used against Gonzalo Lira. And he died from pneumonia from his own words. One of us is lying but it isn't me
