  6.  @orlandor7825  Running out of stockpiles, not ammo. Russia produces ammo they will never 'run out'. There has been a linear reduction in ammo use in Ukraine though. Plus the fact that russia has to beg North Korea, Iran and China for more ammo suggests there is some truth to the statement.

He’s been one of Putin’s closest allies, former head of the FSB and was rated by people to be probably the second most powerful man in Russia after Putin himself and likely his successor. What this likely indicates is that this is not just a reshuffle along normal governmental lines.

  32.  @Luiz-w5s  The US occupied Afghanistan in a couple weeks and occupied them for twenty years, there hadn't been an attack on coalition forces in years. The US also only lost around 2000 forces there in two decades, not to mention Afghanistan is on the opposite side of the world. Russia is right on the border and never occupied Afghanistan and lost 16k men in half the time. The US also still exists, the Soviets lost so hard they lost their entire country. Of course none of this has anything to do with Russia's embarrassment in Kursk and Belgorod.
