It's likely next year there will be mass famine.

Putin himself said regarding Nato expansion. “I am absolutely convinced that Ukraine will not shy away from the processes of expanding interaction with NATO and the Western allies as a whole. Ukraine has its own relations with NATO; there is the Ukraine-NATO Council. At the end of the day the decision is to be made by NATO and Ukraine. It is a matter for those two partners.”

They have also taken mines in The Congo, CAR and Mali. I cant help but find it funny to listen to Africans complain abut past colonialism all while currently being colonized by Russia and China.

If they aren't soundly defeated in Ukraine they'll just be back at it in 10-20 years. And maybe next time they try they won't be completely incompetent.

  50. Support for reunification with Romania has been trending upwards for years, and is now almost 50% in Moldova and over 50% in Romania. I wonder if this recent 'cry for help' will shift the needle any and how long until there is the political and societal will for it.
