@randomguy1928 Nobody attacked Russia.

A peace deal was already drawn up but Putin said he'd fight Wagner until the last Russian
10
@Lettheflamestakeover-co5wi Horses are fine but when a guy who fancies himself Mr. manly man and is anti-gay takes one of the gayest pictures in human history I cant help but laugh.
10
@israelnavarro7182 Normal countries have ground stealth technology. It's called 'hangars'. Of course if you pay for hangars it means fewer yachts.
10
@mr.patriotjol Russia has multiple failed offensives this war, including its current failed offensives in Kharkiv and the Donbas.
10
"The sanctions make Russia stronger, pleeaaase remove the sanctions or I'll keep throwing a tantrum. Western weapons are weak, pleeaaase stop sending weapons or I'll cry some more." - Putin

@yakivpopavich There is a montage out there of Russian officials and Russian state media saying 3 days. Typically when you invade a country you don't want to get engaged in trench warfare that never ends a few miles across the border. Or do you think that was part of the plan?
9
Damn if Russians fought as hard in battle as they do in the comments they might have a chance of taking the Donbas.
9
@hangten1904 well the average life expectancy for men in Russia is 66. so...
9
@quemalcy Russia had banned the export of refined product prior to Ukraine taking out a refinery a week.
9
@ArthurMorgantherealone Multiple mobilizations isn't proof of anything, do you think maybe being invaded by Russia would be a good reason to try to increase the size of your army? Russia is using penal battalions and bringing in soldiers from 3rd world countries.
9
@StillAliveAndKicking_ Exactly. Lets compare Civilian casualties in Afghanistan just for fun. Civilian casualties caused by the US: 46,319 civilians, Though only an estimated 1,010-1,297 Afghan civilians were directly killed by U.S./NATO actions. In 20 years Civilian casualties caused by Russia: Around 2 million in 10 years. The US isn't perfect but they at least try to avoid civilian casualties, though they sometimes fail. Russia will engage in reprisal killings and directly target civilians.
9
@michaelotieno6524 NATO didn't promise not to expand. Russia would have insisted such a promise be put on paper rather than just exist as hearsay on the internet. Even Gorbachev said there was no NATO promise. "the question of "NATO expansion" was not discussed at all in those years and did not arise"
9
@science_engineering 2014 is when Russia began its invasion. If they hadn't there would be no casualties in the Donbas, civilian or otherwise.
9
How long is it going to take the worlds #2 army to capture the Donbas?
9
@kingb3 Fighting is still ongoing in Bakhmut. Ten months and tens of thousands of casualties to take 85% of a mid sized town an hour from the border and the Russian plebs rejoice.
9
Where is the main offensive taking place? This is 'the offensive is happening at Kherson' then attacking Kharkiv all over again. The media saturation has muddied the waters and nobody knows what's really happening. The Ukrainians are once again using the info space to their advantage.
9
@Bilalkhan-pp7jp Why are you spamming the same dumb comment in every thread?
9
@thecoin5394 The US took Afghanistan in a couple weeks and occupied them for twenty years. There hadn't been an attack on coalition forces in years, the Taliban spent all that time hiding in caves. I think the main problem is you don't understand the difference between an invasion and an occupation.
9
@clownN.N Putin: "In just two weeks time Russian troops could gain control of Kyiv and do it easily." Russia 1 TV: "And Kyiv will be taken so quickly, in a day and a half or three days." "Two days and the fall of the city." "It is understood that in a hot wr we would defeat Ukraine in two days, what's there to defeat, Jesus its Ukraine. We suppressed those firing points we were talking about in the commercial and that's it" "We'll raise an eyebrow and Ukraine will understand everything, no need for any preludes, we'll take Kyiv."
9
@fckyoutube6019 Putin said 2 weeks to take all of Ukraine in 2014, the '3 day' narritive was all over Russian state media though.
9
@sasobrume6866 They hit it on the ground, did you even watch the video? Russian sources have confirmed this.
9
@sergentx try not to cry buddy.
9
@Bryankips Prigozhin almost took it.
8
"Know the enemy and know yourself in a hundred battles you will never be in peril." - Sun Tzu Russia failed to know itself or its enemy.
8
@glintongordon6811 No the Russian MOD said the retreat from Kyiv was a gesture of goodwill (the retreat from snake island also wasn't' a gesture of goodwill btw). Also the Russians and the Ukrainians are using mostly the same equipment they are near peers. (Though Much larger Russia still can't take the Donbas for some reason, mostly due to Russian ineptitude and Ukrainian fortitude) The Russian MOD STILL doesn't admit the Moskva was hit by 2 Neptune missiles (it was) they say there was an accident and high seas sunk it. Part of the reason btw is because all the fire extinguishers were locked up because Russian sailors kept stealing them.
8
@RamonAlbertoEscobarUSA The far right party in Ukraine got less then 1% of the vote, get a grip.
8
@RamonAlbertoEscobarUSA You may want to look up a shrink instead.
8
@maxlupachov4772 Imagine if the US invaded Mexico then after a year and a half of WW1 style attrition warfare they occupied 15% of the country (losing ground every day). Then they resurrected the M26 Pershing from the boneyard and said. "Using an M26 as a stationary cannon in line defense wouldn't hurt." Would you take that serious, or would you consider it a humiliating disaster?
8
@babuvangu7220 Closer to 18%, this is after losing around 50% of the territory they once occupied.
8
You can tell a country is making sane military decisions when they spend millions on missiles to take out peas and barley.
8
@bobgonzales9680 By that logic Ukraine is fighting Belarus, Syria, Iran, North Korea, China, India etc. Wow Ukraine fighting 3/4 of the earths population. More like you dont take chances with national security. It was dumb for Russia to invade Ukraine, but they did it anyways. Finland and Sweden aren't going to gamble on Russia not doing anything dumb in the future. I would support any stable democracy joining NATO anywhere on earth Including Russia, provided they could make the necessary changes to their society and government. because mutual defense assures stability.
8
@TheRealBillBob A video conference where he didn't move, or even blink. Ok.
8
I think they're waiting until he wins the Republican nomination, then they'll send him to jail.
8
Russia retreats from Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Izium, Kharkiv and Kherson, and cant even capture the Donbas. Its called winning people.
8
@kryzzan7039 As funny as getting your flagship sunk by a country with no navy?
8
Yuri "we fled like cowards without a fight so it doesn't count" ok genius. The Ukrainians kept claiming that they were going to attack Kherson and the Russians took them at face value. You know, like morons. So they redeployed the VDV from Kharkiv to Kherson and the Ukrainians attacked Kharkiv and rolled up the Russians like a Burrito (including capturing Izium the main logistics hub, capturing an absolute mountain of material) then they blew the bridges behind the Russans at Kherson and the Russians were no longer able to be supplied and were forced to tuck tail and flee from there also. Just another humiliating defeat in Russian history. How about Russias retreats from Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Sumy do those count?
8
@RyanRoberson-gc1op Yes if Russia went home the war would be over, pretty simple.
8
Yuri After Russia bombed Belgorod so many times its understandable that they would want independence.
8
@Krisso889 Hey here's one now. Russia cant even take the Donbas bud.
8
@BH-xp8ic 'So why hasn’t he attacked any of those countries?' Because he is currently getting his teeth kicked in in Ukraine.
8
@@CitizenAbel-77 There hadn't been an attack on coalition forces in years. The US just left, Russia got smoked so hard in Afghanistan their whole empire collapsed.
8
These ships will likely only ever exist on paper.
8
Putin called him a terrorist and a traitor and now he's allowed to wander around St. Petersburg. Seems at least a little bizarre.
7
@enriquelaroche5370 From your own post "It is designed to shoot down tankers, AWACS and other C4ISTAR aircraft" You understand the F16 is a fighter right? Not a tanker or AWACS that the R37 is designed to shoot down.
7
Russian bots in absolute hysterics.
7
@springbloom5940 Let me know when Russia captures the Donbas, I wont hold my breath.
7
Yeah but that ship was probably full of Ukrainian pow's and crewed by French mercenaries.
7
from 'Kyiv in 3 days.' to 'defend Moscow from other Russians.' Everything going according to plan.
7
@rarirover44 Its ironic considering one of the gayest pictures of all time is of Putin. (the horseback one.)
