In 1983, dozens of companies ultimately had 90 percent of the media in America. By 2012, only six corporations controlled 90 percent. Today, that number is even less. You don’t think this is about power and control? It absolutely is. Washington DC is completely corrupt. I even hear the streets there have addicts, homeless and it’s not safe to walk the streets.

  25. California is a complete trash fire at this point. I miss the 80’s and 90’s so much. Was very lucky to experience California in that era. The politicians ruined it. I remember when San Francisco was an attractive, beautiful city in 1987 - 1989. Today it’s where leftists go to spout nonsense, where convenience stores have chain and lock so soap, deodorant doesn’t get stolen by thieves. It’s also a city where it’s not really considered stealing if the goods don’t accumulate to $1000 worth of stolen merchandise. And the stupid California Democrats will still blame Republicans and you know who for all the troubles. If anything good comes out of California in 2025, consider it luck of the draw.

  26. It's the same with YouTube. You can watch a number of Humphrey Bogart and Edward G Robinson films for free. Paying for their old movies that aren't even in physical form (and no extras or anything else) is something I will never do.

  29. Gentrification has hit upstate NY. The West Coast is too liberal. Idaho and Montana may be alright if you are a Red conservative that just wants to be left alone, but the winter weather is brutal. Colorado is scenic, but Democrats ruined that state. Not too many places left for sane people who don’t have a lot of money. At least Utah has Mormons, and while religious, they aren’t half as crazy as many leftists are.
