In largely already self sufficient rural areas, it's weeks or more for most and long enough for basic critical systems to be brought back on line. I'm far from the best set up for long term emergencies and I know I could do 2 weeks (food wise) easy running 100% closed loop which is more than enough time to get tied back into larger community help groups that would need what I do have excess supplies and resources for.

What happens when the conservative right decides to boycott delivering goods and services to said urban centers and then goes onto protest by blocking all supply routes fro all systems in and out of said centers?
