I see the common thread of all the problems in investing in China ....When the contractor gets the Money from the bank and the people ( investors ) that big Pile of money gets skimmed by the contractor . Either with or without the knowledge of the local government officials ( Bribe ) . The bank not distributing the funds of the loan piecemeal as needed instead of all at once with purchasing verified by a outside tracking firm . The Contractor being able to divert funds to other projects or corruption is the problem .

Many corporations are now eliminating the demand for a college degree to get higher level jobs like in the past . " Can you do the Job " is the call now . Get into welding , Electrical , HVAC, Plumbing , Building technologies , ...you will have unlimited work at high rates of pay
