@Emilstekcor Boo Hoo.
1
@MarsJenkar LMAO. Yeah right! The Judge has no balls.
1
Politicians in robes bending the law to their will. And thanks to SCOTUS, all of this is legal...
1
Man, I would love if netizens use this much energy to boycott/petition conglomerates, instead of attacking a YouTuber that helped cure blindness for many people, increased access to drinking water in Africa, and countless other humanist acts. So, I don't mind MrBeast's use of CGI or morally dubious marketing tactics. Dude has done more than any of the people trying to cancel him. (Although, the Ava situation is completely different tho. That was inexcusable.)
1
LMFAOOOOO. Especially cus he would work out a deal to sneak in fast food for his 3 meals a day.
1
Knowing Mcdonalds, they probably had some influence on the conglomerates that own the media companies.
1
The crazy part is that Trump is correct about his tactics. So far he has had zero consequences for attacking the legal system. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! *SANCTION HIM ALREADY!!! There is no other way he would learn. All these judges are doing is PROVING that we have a two-tier justice system where the rich and power can get away with anything they want. He can even attack judges, jurors, etc with impunity.
1
Sooooo the Administrative State is dead, unless it's for the sake of "national security." It's unconstitutional to ensure clean air or forgive student loans, but it's completely fine to ban an app out w/o strict scrutiny. Crazy country we got here.
1
@elig2728 All 9 justices are shit. Those liberals are just less shitty.
1
The Roberts Court is just as bad as Parma PD.
1
If you are talking about Trump, it's because of his political presence. Prosecutors are being methodical so they can make sure they lock his ass up for good. Then again, even incarcerated, he can still rule as president behind bars (or try to pardon himself). On the other hand, Sam Bankman-Jailed is dumb and without allies.
1
Not just a public road, but a school zone.
1
Even before he became president, he was a legal whirlwind.
1
@Janthdanl Save your breath for the 1/6 and Georgia cases.
1
I hope Depp is living a better life now that all this toxicity is settled.
1
Like E Jean Carroll, since that civil case was upholded. ABC should have just removed the middle man and paid her.
1
Can't Disney just adapt a fairy tale about two consenting adults for once??😭 I mean, Chel from "The Road to El Dorado" was in her early 20's so I know they can if they wanted to.... Edit: At least Anna is 18 and Elsa is 21. They're 21 & 24 in Frozen 2.
1
@digitalbladegaming SO TRUE. Hard to make Democrats keep campaign promises when they keep getting caught up in scandals w/o any responsibility.
1
THIS IS NOT NORMAL OR OKAY REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH THEY GASLIGHT US!
1
The American Legal System was practically made to benefit people like Trump and yet he's messing even that up💀

We told all y'all so.

@peter65zzfdfh OpenAI got those VAs to imitate the android from HER, voiced by Johansson. Altman has pretty much confirmed that. So it is copyright infringement and a violation of her right to publicity. My point is that OpenAI has more than enough capital to invest in nurturing their own talent; their own unique voices. Instead, Altman tried his best to have those the 5 hires recreate the android from the movie HER.

I was born at the start of this century, so no.
1
It's a joke. He will die soon and he doesn't care about his family. He doesn't care about his long-term wealth.
1
To be fair, Netanyahu dragged out and spread war across the Levant to stay in power. He did everything he could to cripple the Israeli Judiciary. If he is back in court, it's because he is confident he did enough to win regardless of guilt. That's not even mentioning how Bibi is war criminal that's evading 125 countries that are legally obligated to arrest him and drag him to the Hague.
1
You just don't know history. Jackson did this to the Supreme Court to ethnically cleanse Native Americans which led to the Trail of Tears.
1
Well, if you were implying something, that implication is a 100% correct. Futurama creators are wise af.
1
To be fair to the drafters of the 14th Amendment and the Colorado Supreme Court, during the Reconstruction Era, none could have expected that the highest officer of the land (the President) would ever be an insurrectionist. After all, during the Civil War, the Oval Office was held by none other than President Abraham Lincoln, the savior of the Union. Hell, even going back to the first President, George Washington was the first American head-of-state to put down an insurrection.
1
Yes. And both Andrew Johnson and Dick Nixon got impeached for lesser levels of cronyism.
1
Balls of steel.
1
Also, does China have ANY grounds whatsoever to ask for it back?
1
I like how the bald eagle in your Eagle Team ad actually sounds like a bald eagle. Most people just replace the "underwhelming" sound with the calls and screeches of hawks.
1
Hard disagree. Like it or not, the Founders gave the President the power to correct miscarriages of justice with pardons. You keep saying "personal gain" as if Hunter wasn't politically persecuted by Republicans & a pro-Trump judge appeased by a weak AG. And soon, Kash Patel. The truth is that Hunter was only dragged through the mud because Joe Biden became President. With this constitutional presidential act, the miscarriage was rectified. It'd be gaslighting to frame this as corruption by the President.
1
Yup.
1
It's hard to move on from this election when the option was between the death of the Republic and a more secure future. Before the election, the WSJ ran a story headline 'The Next President Inherits A Remarkable Economy'. That was supposed to be America's promised opportunity economy. But now, tariffs and mass deportations will cause an economic catastrophe that is no better than the Great Depression. Yet, people kept telling me Trump will lower the price of eggs and gas.
1
The courts: surprised pikachu face Ah, come one. They 100% knew this would happen. He has a history of lying to the courts. Yet, they still threw him a lifeline. The Law only cares about the rich.
1
That's the play. Jack Smith is playing M.A.D.
1
The only for way to finish long before the 2030s is for a newly-elected President Harris and a Democrat-led Senate to STACK THE COURT!
1
It's even sadder that attorneys and judges have to bother with entertaining this obvious logical fallacy.
1
A story as old as Trump.
1
Yup. But Donald Trump's lawyers show us, otherwise. No sanctionable offense shall go sanctioned.
1
Exactly.
1
Yeah bro. The GOP is turning the US into a Christian Nationalist version of Iran. You're better of moving somewhere else.
1
It was originally meant to be a check against any potential miscarriage of justice. This was back when Washington was President and when the Presidency was much weaker, so I doubt the founders were too worried about a President abusing it too much. But in the 21st century, we definitely need an Amendment to fix this. In fact, we are going to need lots of Amendments to fix everything Trump breaks.
1
No matter what, Norma Anderson is an true patriot for standing up for the Constitution. In fact, she probably is more knowledgeable in Constitutional Law than any of those asshats sitting on the bench.
1
Which is pointless, because if Kamala won, FTC Chair Khan would never allow any tech giant to buy the app.
1
@joemann7971 Yes they can. Europe does all the time. Sorry to burst your bubble.
1
This is a Simpsons moment. Sometimes art imitates life, other times life imitates art.
1
Like she said, the Mann Act is a horribly written piece of legislation originally meant to be used to discriminate against ostracized groups. It was "fixed" after the Jim Crow ended, but the truth is we need a new law on this meant to ACTUALLY combat sex and drug trafficking. That way actual sex offenders, like Matt Gaetz, won't be able to get away from federal jurisdiction.
