The worst part is her describing Saudi Arabia as a "balancer and stabilizer of the economy through the energy market". I mean, has she even SEEN the economy. At the end of the day, OPEC(+)'s decision was to maximize profits for nations like Saudi, UAE, & Russia while oil is still valuable. Just don't lie about it and claim it is for the good of the world.
