An industry regulation body must be created for software engineering in the same way as for civil engineering, aerospace, medicine, etc. And incompetence and low intelligence must be finally recognised as a crime. We must start punishing mediocrity and below.

Prosecutors in the Horizon case must all suffer the consequences of their incompetence. Horizon developers must suffer the consequences. Poat Office management must suffer the consequences.

  27. The real.criminals im this whole story are developers of the Horizon system. It is outrageous that none of them suffered any consequences. This country is pathetic, the tolerance of incompetence is unbelivable. We, the people, must take justice in our hands and make lives of all the incompetent, uneducated and just dumb ones a complete misery.
