Boots on the ground in Yemen has not happened, it's been purely defensive to protect ships. Short of Trump becoming a stooge for Putin we can handle any threats to our sovereignty. Know this, one quarter of your exports goes to Europe, 34% goes to Mexico and Canada. How rich will you be if you sanction the countries responsible for 60% of your exports.

I disagree with your view that the deal's specifics were not the issue, they are precisely the issue. Wars have been waged due to the specifics of deals, look no further than the British exit from India to see evidence of this. Both Israel and Fatah have expressed a desire for the two state solution, but they haven't agreed on the terms, which is a big problem
