  2. It isn't a fault in the system or a faulty system overall. It is what the system was PUT IN PLACE TO DO. Hence, we NEED TO REFORM THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.

It'd mean the society is biased against whites, so that ALSO wouldn't be okay. But, like I said, flipping this, is pure fiction. The fact you don't realise that is pretty much part of the problem.
